It says it's by ADV. They're a NA dubbing company. I'm pretty sure it's dubbed. Although, it's quite possible they would still have a JP audio track selection at the main menu with an English subtitle option. So I guess both.
I'd prolly give these a pass. I love DMC but not so much to burn a hole in my wallet. Now, if we got a limited edition Nero/Dante figure or replica E&I, that would be cool.
