I doubt it. Like I said before its only in a few scenes for like less than a second.

Hey guys, I have been roaming throughout youtube to find a legit texture mods for kingdom hearts 1, and I finally found you guys. I am now more excited, due to the fact that you guys are hacking into these games, imagine the stuff you can do, it may be hard but its all possible, I would like to join.

Last is Vanitas Sora, but I really can't make this one look right at all. I might end up scrapping this one, or just giving him recolored Sora clothes.

 

I have a question for u . did u figure out how to fix the eye and mouth thing on the textures ? And also . Did u be able to mod these textures into the cutscenes yet ?

 

I've answered this. The BBS/Re:CoM textures have been updated with working eye/mouth animations. They also contain the HP cut scene textures. The other ones (KH2 Sora, Roxas, KH3D Sora, ect.) I haven't bothered updating, as they're just for novelty purposes anyway.

 

That World themed Roxas you made looks so good! Oh just imagine the endless possibilities if we were able to model swap, i would explode with excitement. :D

 

First thing I'd want to do is rig Roxas over Sora so he could use all of Sora's abilities, magic, and stuff. ;) Also rigging Hooded Roxas over Final Sora. The coat wouldn't flow like cloth, but it could be evenly distributed to the femur, tibia, and ankle bones like this.

Pretty sure that's how they did it in Days. The coats moved with the legs.

 

I'm gonna try to Mc Boot my PS2, and follow those steps with CrazyCats extractor, do you guys have those files by any chance?

I have some 3D experience. I've rigged models for GTA in the past.
I'm rigging Roxas to both KH1 and KH2 Sora's bones. I just have no idea how I would learn how to convert it from .fbx to .mdls/mdlx format. It seems that (at least from what I looked at) no other SE games use the MDLX or MDLS formats. I'll figure it out eventually. ;) Just hope some more knowledgable guys I've contacted will reply to me eventually to answer some questions I have.

 

i actually already know of Dissida 012 hacks, in fact i play the game with the DLC at least once every day. :D If only SkyBladeCloud from there could help us, he knows A LOT when it comes to these things. Too bad he's already busy with the Type-0 translation. :(

Yeah good idea, those people on Sonic Retro also make their own stages, it would be cool to make individual maps, probably not likely though.

Hey, Disgustor, if you could add something I just got doing to the first page I'd appreciate it. I took the character audio from the original Japanese release of Kingdom Hearts and put it over the Final Mix audio; combat and cutscenes work well. The only problems are that it doesn't cover every line in the game; Leon's speech about Riku's Keyblade will still be in English, as will Sora's/Goofy's "conversation" with Xemnas. I know it's kind of backwards to port the Japanese audio when we're trying to make the text English, but some people like the novelty and having the option around is nice.
