That's an idea, but I honestly don't think it's possible.

First, like librgkd said, we saw and played Sora's heartless in KH1. It wasn't Ven, it was a Shadow.

Second, there is no "Sora's heartless" : what you call "Sora's heartless" is Sora's heart devoured by darkness. If "Sora's heartless" existed as its own being, then Sora would have no heart, and no body or mind either since those form Roxas. Which pretty much means Sora wouldn't have existed between the time he turned into a heartless and the time he merged back with Roxas. I don't know, but he had to exist to kick Ansem's and Marly's asses.

Third, Sora did spend some time as a heartless, but he quickly reverted thanks to Kairi. So sorry, but Sora's heartless doesn't exist anymore, since Sora isn't a heartless anymore. Antiform could be a remnant of Sora's time as a heartless, but the only way you could be right would be that a piece of Sora's heart got away while he was a heartless. And that seems highly unlikely.

Okay here is my theory if the main E.S. soldier is Xenanort then this would have had to taken place in the pact meaning Ven could be Sora's father. Think about it he looks like Roxas, Roxas looks like Sora and there is nothing that says nobodies can look like relatives to the original body. And the producer of KH said Ven and Roxas are related somehow so wouldn't that make sense.

We all agree that it probably takes place in the past. Ven does look like Roxas; what your saying makes sense, I'll give it that. It's a likely possibility.

But where did you see this news from the producer of Kingdom Hearts?

Okay seeing as people here are FM+ savvy and have probably watched the secret ending as much as I have, I figure I might share what I've been making out of all of this.

First thing is first: Xehanort is by far the most enigmatic character in the entire KH series. Not only has he been the first-- and so far only-- being to assume a heartless in his human form, but he is also the person we know the least about especially in regards to his experiments. Since the beginning of the series the heart has always been seen as being very linear-- there is the harmony of the light and dark (You. There of course are varying degrees of dominance in the light and dark), there is the darkness (Heartless) and then what's left, if you have a strong enough heart, of the body after one becomes a heartless (Nobody). I can't exactly remember which one of the postings it was in that Xaldin made, but in some interview they had some guy mention that there was more to the heart than what was already seen. Now we know that Xehanort's experiments at some point resulted in his Heartless and Nobody, but what if something else, a less complete part of Xehanort in comparison to his others was created as well. Everyone has already made the speculation that the ES is in fact Xehanort because they share a similar likeness, but I believe that it's a third and ultimately incomplete part of Xehanort, which could possibly be Memories. This remnant obviously showcases a lot of regret and remorse for whatever Xehanort's biggest screw-up (Which I believe caused the creation of his Heartless and Nobody, and ultimately serves as one of (if not the most) great importance to the KH series as a whole.), as the ES curses Xehanort and vows to take revenge in one of the ES battle cinematics.

Getting back to more layers of the heart, I believe that this part of Xehanort set out looking others that would be able to help him in setting things right again, hence his companions "Ven" and "Aqua" (I don't have the slightess clue if these names have been confirmed as belonging to the blue haired girl and the Roxas look alike. People seem to be edging in that direction, but I haven't seen anything that proves this. If some one could clear this up I'd appreciate it) . Anyway, I believe that the Roxas look alike is in fact Roxas. As Nomura stated, Birth By Sleep is a collision of the past and present and so far we have barely anything on what Roxas was doing before he was recruited by the Organization. That, and when you first face the ES he claims to know Sora but then chooses rather to say that he knows a part of him-- that part being Roxas. Yes Nomura also said that Birth By Sleep would show characters that have not been present in the KH series as of now, but then again Nomura has always found ways to throw people off some how in his games.

Now we come to "Ven". In keeping with the whole multidimesional aspect of a person, I believe that "Ven" is a someone more inclined to the darkness-- in in the most extreme case, another heartless in human form that is some how different. To be honest I really have no reason to explain this, since she's the only character that appears to have no connection with anyone familiar whatsoever besides Xemnas-- who appears to have run into them before (possibly they attempted to stop him of in fact rejoin Xehanort's parts)-- who walks down into Xehanort's secret lab (Which he told none of the Organization members about-- Zigbar had to spy on him to find out about it) and greats "Ven's" armour with the whole "It's been a while" routine. I know I'm going out on a limb with this, but it sort of seems like it fits: 3 beings from each wavelength place a higher cause above themselves and work together for something bigger than any heart. Meh, sounds cliche but whatever.

Feel free to criticize and comment.

What a post. *rolls up sleeves*

I too believe that the missing blank in all of this is the memories. Body, soul, memories. It would make sense. Your whole second paragraph I believe as well. I have no comments on it besides the above.

As for Ven and Aqua; I don't remember reading from anywhere that they were Xehanorts companions... As for the names being fact. They're not. We have no clue what their names are. We assume that those are their names. Ven (aka: Roxas look-a-like) is not Roxas. Nomura states that these characters are all new characters that we have never seen before.

... which brings down the idea that the ES is Xehanort.

    It's bad, I know, but that's all I have.

    You said this:
Where did you read that the producer said that Ven and Roxas were related... >.>

k let me re-word this he said there was a relation between them. Srry about that :)

Also Nomura has hinted that there may be some relation between Ven and Roxas, and if they were, then that would have to bring Sora into this as well!

    Ok, about White_Rook's theory...

The first paragraph I don't personally agree with, but it's a solid theory. My opinion is that a person is made of a heart, a body and a mind (that includes memories), and I don't think memories could form a whole being. But since Xehanort lost his memories, one could wonder where they went, so it makes sense.

As for Ven being Roxas, there I don't agree at all. It's trues Nomura could have tried to throw us off balance when he said all the characters in the secret ending were new, but I don't think he would bluntly lie. In a recent newspost (in which Ven and Aqua were confirmed as names), Xaldin reported that Nomura said there was a connection between Ven and Roxas, but I don't think Ven could even be a part of Roxas, a part of Sora or Roxas himself. The secret ending happened in the past, probably before Xehanort lost his memories and became Ansem's assistant : Roxas did not exist at that time.

As for the third part, the girl's name is Aqua, and I'm sorry to say this but your idea of those three different beings united fails to convince me. My opinion is that those three are related to Sora (Ven), Kairi (Aqua) and Riku (Xehanort) by a fate that is bound to repeat itself.

This is in regards to what White_Rook posed.

Hmm, some good work, but I must say I do not agree.

First of all, I am pretty sure it is in the past, as I stated in section 3B of my thread. (http://www.kh-vids.net/showthread.php?t=12395)

If it's in the past, his memory couldn't have become it's own being since he hasn't become a heartless/ nobody yet.

Also, memory can only form a being only in certain circumstances (I.E., possibly Naminé) In this case, I don't think that happened. Although he did lose his memory, Xemnas is able to recall things from Xehanorts past using the room of sleep.

If his memory was its own being, then Xemnas wouldn't have been able to remember anything at all.

I don't agree with what you're saying about Ven being Roxas. Although Nomura was indirect by saying Roxas was someone we haven't met before, that more proves that it could be Xehanort before he lost his memory, a nobody in their human form, etc. Since what you're saying is that it's Roxas before the Organization, he would be a nobody still, and therefore, be the same character.

I'm not sure why you're saying that Ven is inclined to darkness. The keyblade he picks up is "the way to the dawn" signifying he was evil, but then became good. Also, how can you say that Ven is Roxas, and then say his somebody was evil at the time? We can see that Sora is currently on the path of light.

when they say that fate repeats itself, couldnt it mean that like riku the unamed knight opens himself to darkness, aqua gets into trouble and ven gets to solve everything...:D

once again im sleepy and bored...;)

Well, unlike Kaira & Namine Aqua doesn't seem like the helplessly tsundere girl who needs saving all the time. ;3

Who knows ? Maybe that's how the adventures of our three knights started, and then led to what we see in the secret ending, Larry having regained his freedom but retaining some darkness in his heart, Aqua having evolved from a helpless damsel in distress into a brave keyblade master, and Ven finally finding out that being rash and light hearted can get you into big trouble...Now swap Larry for Riku, Aqua for Kairi and Ven for Sora : is it that unlikely a situation for those three ?
