How do I directly post a Youtube video into my post instead of a link?

    Do this without the stars
    [*youtube=UEoh1sU6vQk]=UEoh1sU6vQk[/*youtube]
The =UEoh1sU6vQk is at the end of the url of whatever video you want to post.

I thought you could only post videos in certain sections of the forum. The rest won't allow it...

There isn't a way to change the color of the player like you can with the proper embedding codes

That only works if HTML is turned on, like it is in your sig.
But the BBCode thing is smaller and easier to use.

I thought it was you could only use embed code on certain parts.

The embed just leave you with a bunch of gibberish like your computer threw up.

    Like so: <object width="425" height="355"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/MaTjD0I2JpM&hl=en"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/MaTjD0I2JpM&hl=en" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="355"></embed></object>

Using the youtube code gives you:
