Hattori put his arms around her.

 

Minato hugged him. "You probably couldn't imagine what it was like, being on a battlefield everyday, wondering if it's your last day alive.

 

"No I couldn't. I've never been in that situation."

 

Minato held him and cried.

 

Hattori wiped the tears from her eyes.

Shin yawned as he woke up.

 

Arisa was fast asleep.

 

Cara touched her fingers gently along the piano. She sighed and flipped through the music. Zalera stood beside her and stopped her on a sad piece. She settled down an began to play. The sorrowful music filling the house.

 

Sakuya, sitting on the balcony of her room, heard the music and sighed. She stared at the pictures of her with her husband or her best friend.

 

Shin gently kissed Arisa's cheek.

Hattori sighed as he listened to the music.

 

The man from before appeared beside Sakuya and held her.

Arisa woke up.

 

"Morning, sleepyhead." Shin said, smiling at Arisa.

 

Cara cried softly as she played. Her heart ached and she had no idea why.

Lesa and Sky wandered the town before she brought him to the garden. "I haven't seen you in forever. Do you...still love me, Sky?" He smiled, "Of course I do. How could I forget you."

 

Arisa smiled.

Minato listened to the music and smiled.

 

Hattori gently held Arisa as he listened.

Shin passionately kissed Arisa and smiled. He slipped a ring on her finger.

 

Cara's memories flooded back to her of times and places she'd never been or seen. Her song ended with a horrid clash of notes, "That's it Zalera! Stop this!" He sweeped his winged arm around her, "...there are some things...that you need to remember..." "There's nothing I should remember about those old lives!"

 

Arisa stared at the ring.

Minato sighed.

 

Hattori sat down with Minato.

Shin smiled at Arisa.

"That ring was my mothers. I think it makes a nice engagement ring."

 

Arisa smiled and hugged him.

Minato sighed and picked a old diary that belonged to her mother.

 

Cara thumped down the stairs with Zalera behind her, whispering things to her he thought she should know. She turned on her heel and glared at him, "I get it. All that matters to you, but why tell me if I'm going to die and forget it?!" He fell silent and she continued on her path toward any person she could distract her thoughts with.

 

Shin hugged her back.

Hattori stretched and sighed.
