Lesa laughed gently, "Not really a secret crush. My...well I'm not sure what to call him. I was going to marry him, but my family thought it would benefit our house if I married some other noble. Someone I don't know. I wish I could escape from my family. Being a rebel is all I have that seperates my from them now."

 

"I see......."

 

Lesa felt she'd crossed a line by telling someone she was of noble blood. "Listen, I'm sorry. You must miss your home. I shouldn't complain." Cara's shade shimmered beside Lesa, "It isn't your fault Lesa. Mom and Dad never understood that boy or you. Look at me, at age seven I died. They just wanted what was best for you."

 

Minato just continued to stare at the stars.

 

Lesa sighed and Cara grabbed her arm, her physical touch sent icy shivers through her skin. "Don't ignore me sis! I know you miss that boy but you never know the kind of life you'd have had if you'd just stayed and gotten married to that noble. Together, we control the Shiva sisters because we are sisters. Alone you have so much more than I would've." Lesa glanced at the shimmering vision of her sister, "More? You mean Bahamut?" Cara nodded, "And so much more. Bahamut may only be the beginning for your power. Give it time."

 

"Ugh... I can't sleep. Great..."

 

Lesa left Minato alone and wandered the halls.

BIC: Sky hurried down the streets. He needed to find Lesa or someone who knew where she went. Lesa was gone for at least two years. Usually she sent a letter to tell him how horrible her life was.

 

Hattori stretched as he looked away from his maps.

"You really should get some sleep, master."

"We've been over this, Metatron. I can't sleep while father is still alive. You know it's physically impossible for me to sleep nowadays."

 

Minato was by herself when she heard something and was shot in the chest.

Suki gasped as Shiori did too.

 

Hattori was startled by the noise and ran to where the noise came from.

 

Minato laid on the ground, blood coming out of the corner of her mouth and the hole in her chest, her eyes wide open. Arisa put her gun away and smiled.

 

Lesa hurried back to Minato and the gun shot. She spotted Arisa and threw a volly of knives at her.

 

Orpheus Telos appeared and protected Arisa from the knives.

 

Metatron grabbed Arisa to make sure she got hit by the knives while Hattori tended to Minato's wounds.

 

Arisa screamed when the knives hit her.

Minato found her floating in a endless space. She thought she was fading when she heard a familiar voice, "Onee-chan, are you okay?"

"Suki....... If you're here, then he must be here too......."

 

Styria split from Lesa and helped Hattori with Minato's wounds. Her icy healing touch closed the wound a bit. Lesa snarled at Arisa, "You...I knew you were trouble the second I set eyes on you." A stream of profanities came from Lesa's mouth before Cara reminded her to keep a hold of her emotions.

 

Hattori glared at Arisa as he stood up.

"We better get Minato back to the base. Leave Arisa's corpse to be picked clean by the vultures."

 

Arisa disappeared.

"I wonder where he is....... I miss him....." Minato kept floating in the empty space.

 

Lesa motioned for Styria to pick up Minato and helped them carry her inside.

 

Hattori carried Minato back to the base.

"Miss who?" A voice asked Minato.
