Digimon

Does anyone remember this show? Well I've heard they are releasing season 5 this fall in the US. What are your thoughts on this? This is where to discuss any thing Digimon related.

 

I've seen some of the new season and it's not that bad realy

 

The original series was the best. So good.

I wouldn't watch the new season since, well, i have to much TV already.

 

Ah, the first season. When I first saw it I thought it was a pokemon rip-off, but then I fell in love, but one thing is for sure,I LOVED season two more than the others. I also own all 11 volumes of the manga.

 

I loved in the first season that they were their own fighters. Now it sucks because they act like power rangers.

When you say they are like power rangers, do you mean because they keep passing on thier powers to the next generation?

The second season was okay. but the first was better.

That was the best. XD; omg memories. My friend and I used to sing the song in high school for lulz.

The only series I'll tolerate is the first one, once those new kids came along it just wasn't the same. ;__;

@Nailpolish: I just couldn't get into the third season. I just didn't like the characters.

@Donaut: It is true that in the last two seasons the digimon have become more like suits, especialy in the fourth season, but I think in the fith they go back to the origional style.

 

If they start to do that again, you'll never see me on this site. lol I'll be sitting on my couch all day watching every episode like 50 times using TiVo. lol

Actualy, I think they released a game featuring the characters from the new season. I plan to buy it with my Christmas money.

 

That'd be great to own to get ready for the upcoming season.

Yeah, the PS2 version is what I'm going to buy. It's called Data Squad.

 

I really am looking forward to the new season now since it consists of Agumon and Gabumon.

I remember Digimon. The first season was <3. :D All the other seasons just went down hill... sadly. I went shopping one day awhile ago and was like: ZOMG! Digimon World for the DS! o: Digimonz are making a comeback?!?!?
