Agumon looked curiously at his partner who was deep in thought.
She was hiding something... but what?
He could tell Haruka was a good person, and she was strong, she had some sort of quality... but there was something there deep inside her that was making her hesitate when she could unleash so much more of her potential.
He had to trust and have faith in her though, she was his partner after all.

 

Hyokomon looked at Junichi. "It can't be just you three!" he said and Junichi glanced at his digivice and pressed a button,a map appearing in a flash as he blinked as three dots were together and some others.

"That's...new." He said to himself in surprise, he was just curious and that led to the map without any trouble.

 

"Shall we get going soon?" Sakura asked Junichi, looking at him. Renamon jumped down and helped her partner up to her feet. Sakura stretched and sighed, looking around the forest.

 

"I wonder if these strange devices are connected to us and the Digimon in some way?
I mean that map appearing suddenly can't be pure coincidence, it's like the thing knew we needed it." she said, peering at the map projected from Junichi's device thing.

 

Sakura looked at the map and tried to find any town or village on the area. "Maybe. It could also see us where the others are, so we can meet them and figure all this out. Wonder if there's a group near us?"

 

Junichi pointed a finger at some other red dots. "If I had to guess, these other red dots are perhaps other devices like these..meaning other humans, one's in avillage somewhere and another is going in a direction and going at a fast pace. now if I had to guess, that person is being attacked." He said and Hyokomon blinked.

"You sound so sure." he said and Junichi blinked. "Call it a gut feeling." He said and looked at where they were. "Question is, where do we go? Save the person or head to the village?" he asked.

 

"I say we should save the person then head to the village. Until else, you guys think of something else?" Sakura looked at them, then at Renamon. She smiled. "Saving someone would probably be the best thing first."

 

"You know my answer already! Of course we help them!" Haruka said standing and punching her fists together.
"Hm-hmm." Agumon sounded in approval.

 

"Then, let's save that person." Junichi said and with that said began running in the direction where that person was at as Hyokomon groaned. "Oi! Headstarter!" He said and ran after his partner, feathers dropping a bit as he kept following.

 

Haruka clipped her in-line skates onto her shoes and told Agumon to jump on her back.
She too started skating off after Junichi.

 

Sakura and Renamon followed them. "Do you think we will keep it in time?" Sakura asked, Renamon said, "As long as we have the signal to find him. We'll make it."

 

"And then save him!" Haruka added.
"What makes you think it's a him?" Agumon asked from Haruka's back.
"Um..." she looked at Sakura and Renamon while thinking before focusing forwards again.
"Woman's intuition?"

 

Junichi kept running as he kept staring at the map occasionlly. "I hope it's not anyone else from Kazari Academy!" Junichi feverishly hoped, he'd hate to see any fo those he knew being chased by a creature like Kwugamon or something worser.

"Slow down! I don't have long legs you know!" Hyokomon complained.

 

Sakura tried to follow the others, seeing how her partner was struggling, Renamon placed her on her back and jumped on the branches of the trees. Sakura held tightly onto Renamon, avoiding hitting her head against a branch.

 

Haruka skated up close to Junichi, noticing Sakura above them in the trees.
"How much further?" she asked him.

 

Wyatt noticed they were headed towards a village, but to him, it was a blessing. "Good idea! We can lose him in that town!"

"No!" Commandramon yelled angrily as they ran. "He'll destroy everything!" Either way, Commandramon wasn't sure what to do. If they turned, the Monochromon would be able to catch up. If they fought...they wouldn't win. Even if they happened to lose the champion Digimon, what if it kept its path towards the village?
"Then what do we do?!! It's catching up!" Wyatt was starting to run out of breath. He couldn't even hear the beeping of the device in his pocket as they ran. Suddenly, a flash of red caught his eye. "Hey, another Digimon!" He said as he noticed Shoutmon. "And he's with a person, too!" For a brief moment, Wyatt could have forgotten that they were being chased when he realized he wasn't the only human around.
"Then maybe we have a chance!" yelled Commandramon as he reached up and shoved Wyatt to the right as hard as he could. After that, he dove to the left. The Monochromon rushed past them, but quickly stopped and turned around. It turned to face Wyatt and growled. "Hey, ugly! How many Monochromon does it take to screw in a lightbulb?" Commandramon yelled as he reached into the backpack he always wore. "Does it matter? The lightbulb is still brighter than the whole lot of them!" With his lame joke yelled, he threw a small bomb. "DCD Bomb!" The bomb bounced off Monochromon's hard shell and exploded, not even scratching it. But it did get his attention. "Uh oh..." Commandramon whispered as his Champion level opponent laid eyes on him.

"Your Digimon seems to be having some trouble," a chuckling voice said behind Daichi. Samuel Casey reached up and pushed his glasses up on the bridge of his nose with his middle finger. "I didn't think I'd catch up to you this quickly," He said as a small and yellow dragon-like creature floated over his shoulder.
"Oh no! What's wrong with Wizardmon?" asked the tiny serpent known as Kyokyomon ​

 

"Well that didn't work but it did make him mad" Ren said "Shoutmon, lets help them
"Okay, Rowdy Rocker! Shoutmon said using his mic to smack Monochromon legs

Juichi barely registered enough time to notice another joined the group as they were nearing the village and he took notice of a dinosaur, a rather big one and a human boy with a Digimon looking simiara to Agumon but in a very different way as Hyokomon panted behind him, wheezing a bit, "Why couldn't I be a Digimon with stronger legs?" he moaned but Junichi clasped hsi beak shut to keep him quiet.

"Hey,if you talk too much, we're gonna be his new lunch." Junichi said as Hyokomon just noticed Monochromon and blinked, it just just everyone's day, three Rookies could take a Champion and now, they come barreling to another Champion Level Digimon, not that Hyokomon had much to complain as he saw this for two reasona, one, he can improve on his training and two was he'd be actually used to fighting than running with those short legs of his.

 

Renamon and Sakura jumped down form the trees and saw the Champion Level Digimon, Sakura turned to Renamon and smiled, "Go get them, Remaon!" Renamon smiled and ran toward the Digimon. "Diamond Storm!" The shards flew toward the Digimon.

"You too Agumon!"
"Right" Agumon said, as Haruka grinded to a halt on her skates and Agumon jumped from her back, launching himself like a cannon ball.
He used the momentum and yelled out "Claw attack!"
However the attack was about as effective on Monochromon's tough body as would be throwing jelly at a rock.
The only difference is Jelly doesn't make a dull thud sound when it hits said Rock.
"...ouch."
