He heard the girl speak to him and correct him about the way he called her the wrong thing and with that Seth merely let out a sigh as he closed his eyes and continued to walk on "Sorry..." Seth said quietly as he continued on with Armaris towards their destination. Armaris began to speak once more, speaking to him about the tower and as usual Seth merely remained quite. Though he didn't really say anything it wasn't like he was tuning out the girl and merely listened to her words as she spoke on as the progressed.

So far the tower was quite impressive, but nothing overwhelmingly special to Seth. As they continued on they soon found themselves towards the elevator and soon enough they were offered up a small trinket for their journey. Raising an eyebrow at the trinket being offered at him, Seth took one and stared down at it. It was weird in his eyes, and though Seth never had any use for such a trinket, he still held onto it nonetheless. Grabbing an extra one, Seth tossed it over towards Armaris with a sigh "Make sure not to lose it" Seth said.

"Green. That's what I'd have. I still don't like the tag much, but, well, I guess free is free."
"Green eh?" Haruka responded with a raised eyebrow, before nodding with affirmation. "Actually, I can really see that. It'd look good on ya. 'Specially because of your eyes."
Without a second thought, Haruka pocketed her crest that she had picked up and then plucked up the tag hanging around her neck with her fingers before letting it drop inside her shirt between her cleavage.
"Hope this tour doesn't last too long.
I know it's a big deal and everything, and it's not like I hate it, but there're still places I'd much rather be."
"I know right? I mean this place is uber cool an' all in it's own way, but I'd rather be... uh... um... well I dunno where I'd rather be, but I'm sure there are places I'd rather be, 'cha know?"
Haruka scratched the back of her neck lightly, and looked at the ceiling like she was trying to remember something, before she settled to looking back down to Mint. "How bout'chu then? Where would you rather go anyway?" She asked, but suddenly continued speaking anyway, not waiting for an answer.
"I kinda want something exciting to happen. Life's been pretty dull lately. This has been the most exciting thing in a long time and even then... it's still school." ...The girl paused as suddenly something seemed to come over her. ...An idea. "...Hey. I know."
She slung her arm around Mint's neck and pulled her in close, whispering into her ear. "Let's ditch. We'll go off on our own and find our own adventure. There has to be something cool going on in this place, right?"

While Deni took more pictures, she noticed two girls (whom she recognized as younger students from her school) whispering secrets to each other.

"What the..?" She said quietly to herself. She barely overheard what they said, but if they were trying to sneak off, then they would surely get in trouble, and possibly ruin this for everyone. Deciding to do the noble thing, Deni approached them.

"Where do you two think you're going? Do you think they won't notice two girls gone from our group? What are your names anyway?"

Deni couldn't believe how... bossy she sounded. It was kind of funny. But hey, two younger students sneaking off, she didn't know if it would be worse to let them go or go with them. On one hand, the teachers would likely pull the 'As an older student you must look out for them blah blah blah' excuse, but on the other, she could get blamed for sneaking off with them. It didn't matter now though, she wasn't just gonna turn around and let this happen now, especially since she had been the one who looked concerned.

"Psh! Me lose stuff? C'mon Seth, you know me better than that! Armaris giggled, then looked down at the trinket in her hand. She thought it was pretty neat, and she couldn't wait to get it customized after the tour. Maybe she would get a paw print or a cool looking cloud on it. She then looked at Seth, seeing he looked grumpy as ever. At least the guy could cheer up a bit. "Hey, it's okay to smile," she said with a grin. "No one is going to stop you here." Armaris turned her attention back to the tour guide, wondering where they were going to go next.

"I kinda want something exciting to happen. Life's been pretty dull lately. This has been the most exciting thing in a long time and even then... it's still school." Haruka had asked her.
"Exactly." Mint said, in a rare occurance of the two girls actually agreeing on a matter. "If something were actually going on it would be interesting, but it's just... a place. That's really all there is to it."
    "...Hey. I know."
She slung her arm around Mint's neck and pulled her in close, whispering into her ear. "Let's ditch. We'll go off on our own and find our own adventure. There has to be something cool going on in this place, right?"
Mint almost laughed at the suggestion, before catching herself and looking straight at Haruka, seriously.
"You're kidding. You wouldn't get the words out before somebody noticed." she said, just as a third girl joined them.
"Where do you two think you're going? Do you think they won't notice two girls gone from our group?" the older girl said to them, proving Mint correct immediately.
"Ha!" Mint suddenly cried out, a massive grin on her face. "I told you! You're bad luck, Haruka. Didn't even get an answer before you were found out!"
"What are your names anyway?" the girl demanded from them, causing Mint to glare at her instantly.
"Don't you know it's rude to ask somebody's name before introducing yourself? Shouldn't a goody-goody senior like you be setting a better example for us impressionable youths, senpai?"
The final word of her sentence was practically dripping with bitter sarcasm, making it fairly obvious that the girl had found her way onto Mint's bad side already. She turned back to Haruka and spoke again.
"C'mon. Forget this, let's find something better to do."

Takara fiddled with her necklace curiously, it was only plastic and she much preferred the one already around her neck but she could never expect any other necklace to be better. It was quite nice for what it was and a good souvenir to take back though she'd not yet decided what to put in it. Still she was enjoying the trip, this place was completely different to what she was used to but it surprised her that some of the other students looked a bit bored. How could they find this boring? Either way she hoped it got better and even more exciting. By the end of this trip maybe even they'd have their attitudes changed, hopefully so. Her grin didn't leave her face as she tried to take in everything. Her friends had stopped trying to get her attention, she could chitter-chatter anytime, she just didn't want to miss a thing.

OOC: I won't be able to post for at least 10 days so don't expect a speedy response if you try to talk to her or they go to the digital world.

Deni glanced down at the girl, then turned away shyly.

"Deni... My name is Deni... She mumbled. She'd already sort of embarrassed herself, so her shyness immediately took over.

"I...um... Sorry for just... You know..." Deni sighed. "I've been looking forward to this for a while, and I don't want it to be ruined by someone getting in trouble. Could we... start over? I dunno..." Deni was really blowing it. It was rare that her shy side came out, especially with younger students, but in this case, she may have gone a bit too far with trying to look out for the two girls.

Haruka simply blinked as events erupted around her as a girl came over and confronted them as soon as Haruka's suggestion had left her very lips.
"Where do you two think you're going? Do you think they won't notice two girls gone from our group?" "Ha!" Mint suddenly cried out, a massive grin on her face. "I told you! You're bad luck, Haruka. Didn't even get an answer before you were found out!"
"Wha- What the hell?! I barely even said anything and she wasn't even near us." Haruka cried out. "This has nothing to do with bad luck. I'll have you know I'm very lucky." She folded her arms in defiance.
"What are your names anyway?" The girl suddenly demanded. ...Oh dear. Haruka could already feel that next to her... Mint had clearly just hit boiling point.
"Don't you know it's rude to ask somebody's name before introducing yourself? Shouldn't a goody-goody senior like you be setting a better example for us impressionable youths, senpai?"
Haruka simply blinked again. "Hmm... Remind me to consider why I keep trying to get on your badside. Because... damn. I don't wanna be on your badside." Haruka mumbled nudging Mint's arm gently.
"C'mon. Forget this, let's find something better to do."

"Uh... That's fine by me but..." Haruka looked back at the older girl who had called them out.
"Deni... My name is Deni... I...um... Sorry for just... You know... I've been looking forward to this for a while, and I don't want it to be ruined by someone getting in trouble. Could we... start over? I dunno..."
Haruka looked back and forth between the girl and Mint before evidently deciding on something. She walked up to the girl and held out her hand. "The name's Haruka. Nice to Meet'cha." She took the girls hand and shook it before turning around and heading back over to Mint and then turning her head and grinning at Deni. "There ain't no need to start over with me. Frankly, these kinda things don't bother me. Starting over sounds boring anyway since that just means starting the same things all over again from the beginning. We gotta keep moving if we wanna get anywhere. That's what I think." Haruka said thoughtfully. Then she took Mint's arm in hers and started dragging her off elsewhere before the girl could say anything else. "Don't worry. We won't cause any trouble for ya. We're just... going on an adventure." She winked before disappearing into the crowd and from view with Mint alongside her.

The elevator made an abrupt stop as soon as Haruka had finished the word "Adventure." By this time, everyone, including Daichi, had received their little souvenirs from the security gentlemen, and were led off the vertical transport.
"Let's give a hand to the nice gentlemen," she smiled as she began to clap. a fair percentage of the group began to do so as well, all enjoying their new little trinkets. Daichi clapped a few times timidly to avoid suspicion. As the elevator closed behind them, 5 security personnel stayed behind to keep an eye on the group. He understood why there were security, but why so much? This was only going to make things harder for him when-

"Welcome to the 50th and top floor of Akiyoshi tower! It's here that All the technical know-how and communications get relayed to the 5 major broadcasting stations in Shibuya! Not only that though! recent modifications have aloud use to begin communications with foreign business partners halfway across the globe!" She led them down the hall to the inner circle. On the tower map placed conveniently outside the elevator, each floor looked like an easy to solve circular map on a kid's menu at a restaurant.

"Seeing as how this floor is mainly a scenic viewpoint on the tour, please feel free to roam about for 10 minutes. But don't stray too far! We will be heading towards the central staircase to the 49th floor in a short while. do enjoy the view and the first 2% on your Akiyoshi tour." She smiled and bowed politely, talking over to one of the security guards while the students spread along the floor like wildfire. Daichi wanted to see a lot of what this possible 8th wonder had to offer, but he had a time limit, and needed to find the main control room. He needed access to the signal distribution panel...

Deni smiled at Haruka's mentality over these things. "Certainly sounds like a good way to look at things." Deni only wished she could look at things that way. Sadly, her abandonment issues disallowed this.

"Don't worry, we won't cause trouble for ya. We're just... Going on an adventure." Deni suddenly heard Haruka say. "Umm... Can I come? I fairly bored too..." she asked. It wasn't even really that, it was that she felt it was just an excuse to be ditched by these two. She pulled out another film roll since the one she had currently was full."I need more pictures too." she said with a small smile.

"As the tower's first guests, all tourists are given this novelty necklace as a bonus to one of the first visitors inside the tower! they come equipped with it's own little crest with the facility's logo on it, but if you prefer different styles can be purchased from the gift shop!"

Upon taking the necklace and crest, Koji placed the crest inside the necklace and looked at it. The look over he gave it was short and sweet before he placed it around his neck. It wasn't like everyday he got stuff like this.

"Let's give a hand to the nice gentlemen,"

He definitely wasn't expecting the sudden clapping, but in the end he ended up doing the same. Eventually they'd arrived at the 50th floor of the tower. As expected he was looking around in amazement, though hearing that there was a limit to how long that they were able to took around, he went ahead and first looked at the view from the tower.

While the staff was busy in replying to any questions the young and enthusiastic people were asking, Daichi left off to do a little personal exploring of his own, choosing to ignore the scenery that was now tarnished by rain.

Following my own reasons for wanting to be here, I suppose I can come clean with that at least...
A few weeks ago, I began to receive oddly encrypted messages with a language I had never even heard of.

    [IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG] [IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG] [IMG][IMG]
That was the message that came up most frequently. Roughly translated as "Please Help Us." I couldn't help but want to know more. These were other worldly beings who had made contact, and I was lucky enough to receive them! I wanted to write back to them so bad, but my connection wasn't strong enough. Queue Akiyoshi tower, the perfect signal booster for me to get my message back. I wanted to know everything. Who they were, where they came from, what the danger was. It was all so exciting. I might even have gotten face to face with one of them. A sixteen year old to make the first public contact with aliens. At least, that was the plan...

Small bits of thunder could be hear outside, as a storm began to approach. Daichi was not focused on it though, as he was eying around the room to make sure he wasn't noticed. For all the security, no one even payed attention to him, which was fine by him. He spotted one of the main control rooms with the sign "KEEP OUT" on it. Using a credit card, he unlocked it, and silently slipped through the door. However, with his sleuth approach, he had left the door open by a crack.

See that part there? That was my flaw in this plan's design. It all could have gone differently if I had just made sure the door was closed behind me...

He came across an almost boiler room styled setting, but the hardware was more or less familiar. There was a few step leading to the communications panel and the floor from then on, was metallic and rustic. The only part of the building that didn't look shiny and knew to him. In his fascination, he lay his satchel on the power box, and took a seat. He reached out and took a custom designed laptop, which as far as legality went, wasn't exactly street legal. A lot of part came from large corporations and even NASA. But h helped design some of it, and in the name of scientific discovery, it was necessary.

Along with hardware, he had also created programs. Opening the computer, he plugged it into the mainframe and began to type away command prompts. The system security was even worse that the building's. Once he was in, he was settled and operational, he began to put his plan into motion

    Execute process: DAICHI_COMP
    Open File: GEN_I.exe

GEN_I.exe was a program he developed to adapt and blend in as a program so it was not spotted as a threat. It was not a virus, spyware, or anything malicious. So called because it was Daichi's attempt at a first generation of new, non hostile programming. Like AI, but even more advanced! GEN_I stood for Generation I, and he was very proud of it.

Within minuted, he had successfully tapped into the signal relays.

Haruka perked up even more when she heard the other girl, Deni ask if she could join them. Haruka was always pretty laid back about pretty much anything and everything. So...
"Sure. When it comes to having an adventure, there are never any limits." She winked, with a cheeky grin set upon her face. "Right... Where shall we start..." She pondered whilst bringing a hand to her chin like she was deep in thought. Her expression changed just as quickly though and she snapped her fingers as an idea came to her. "I know. We go wherever fate decides." Whatever that meant...

Haruka raised a finger up high before randomly pointing in different directions. "Eeny... Meeny..." She pointed at window, and then at an information booth. "Mynee..." Her finger aimed towards her teacher next, and then... "Mo!" It came to settle upon a door. Purely by chance and randomocity (was that even a word? - she didn't particularly care).
Without even giving a second for Mint (whose arm was still locked with Haruka's) to object, the excited red head started making her way (and dragging) towards where she had pointed.
None of them had any idea at all that when Haruka had said she'd let 'fate' decide, that had been for real. Despite the fact the sign on the door clearly had the words 'KEEP OUT' on it. Haruka ignored it. After all, if it was truly meant to keep them out, somebody wouldn't have left the door open, right?
God, security was lax in this place. What's up with that? Not only had they completely walked up to this door without being stopped, it had been left open? Yeah... 'keep out'... I'm convinced. she thought to herself.
If they were caught inside, she'd just make her excuses. After all, she wasn't gonna break anything, so security would have no reason to be too mad, after all; what could a bunch of kids even do in this place anyway? She and the other girls could just clearly say they'd gotten lost while looking for the lady's toilets (because all girls HAVE to go to the bathroom TOGETHER after all).
Anyway, making no effort to hide her presence, she pushed the door and let it swing open wide. "First stop on Hotaru's Tour Service, door number one where..." she stopped talking, and found herself staring at... some guy, who like them clearly wasn't meant to be there. "Uh... Yo. What'cha doin' here?" Haruka asked nonchalantly, forgetting all formality despite this guy being a complete stranger, and crossing the distance between her and him to peek over his shoulder (all the while, still not having let go of Mint's arm).
"Something tells me this is a little more than just some homework."

For part of his time up there, Koji spent most of his time standing close the wall admiring the view outside. Sure there were other things for him to look at, but he'd prefer to stay in one place away from everyone else. That was just how he was and it likely wouldn't change anytime soon.

As he continued to stand there, he felt himself starting to yawn and so stretch out his arms while doing so. Though when he did so, he wasn't paying attention to what was around him and so knocked down a vase that was nearby him. It was clear that someone would be attracted by the sound of it breaking and he'd rather not be the center of attention, he tried to find someplace to hide.

The nearest door that he could find was also labeled 'Keep Out' which was also opened as well. Had no one really noticed the open door yet. Well it was still better than nothing so he headed towards the door and entered upon reaching it. It didn't take long afterward for him to notice that he wasn't the only person in the room, in fact there were four other people there with him. "Um." That was the only thing that he could say at the moment.
