That would be a good choice, but how would she make Larxene come to life and not make it seem as though we're listening to Azula?

I think Yuri Lowenthanl [He voiced Vaan's brother, Reks in Final Fantasy XII] could be a good Ven/and or Roxas. Jesse Mccartney's not terrible, but I somehow picture Roxas at a bar singing "Just so you know." [Not helpful that Roxas also said that line in the game. ^^;]

The way that she could do it was if she added a far more playful sound to Larxene.

I think I can speak confidently in saying I am not the only one who wants to see Re:CoM in English. It would just be awesome to hear it come to life in English.

I like their original voices, but then, at least I don't need to laugh at Donald/Goofy/Disney chars in Jap... so... English is my choice.

Yeah, I kind of agree with you on that, but I think they might want to focus on the re-release of Re:COM outside of Japan and then reconsider on setting up an actual date on when KHII:FM will be release right after the new games are done.

They should, if they did that in S-E NA would have so many good games being released from them in 2008. We would get Crisis Core, 358/2 Days, and Re:Chain of Memories.

People hound Square-Enix for translations, and don't give a hoot about the lives of the voice actors. All they want is their games, because they lack the intelligence to interpret the same stuff that's in Kingdom Hearts 1. This doesn't apply to everyone that wants it in English, just the people who spam and yell in caps because they aren't getting what they want.

Yes everyone wants it in English but it really doesn't matter since a lot of people are starting to make their own translated versions of it and send them around to others on forums and the like.

So don't think that ebay will have just the japenese version anymore!

And yet Japan finds a way to get their Japanese voice actors to do not only new cutscenes, but a whole other game. Yeah, everyone outside of Japan got screwed, but why release new content if they weren't planning on sharing it overseas?

As long as Square Enix doesn't start pulling their damn copyright card when the fan-translated version is finally completed. I mean, they weren't planning to distribute it outside of Japan anyway, so they shouldn't have anything to complain about, right? Especially since you still have to buy the original game to download the patch anyway...

And I would like to add that it doesn't really matter since we have translation guides too. Plus the fact that they kept English voice's it doesn't matter in that department. It's just what is read in the menus and stuff.

Plus if youve played the original CoM, Re CoM is easy to understand, and you have an idea of whats going on. plus, you get to relive the frustration of Riku IV. fun times.

You seem to forget that voice actors get 'paid' to do the jobs and probably would not mind doing the translations if given the opportunity. It's their livelihood. The ones who don't want to do it is the Square Enix heads. I'm sure this has nothing to do with voice actors not wanting to do it, but the fact that Square feels it is a risk to release a game that was already released but not complete into other countries. It's a money factor because they probably aren't sure of the reception of the idea of people in other places to buy a game they already have.

However, they should take a look at how DVDs sell and how people want the longer movies rather than the shortened movie editions shown on screen. Perhaps that someday will change their minds to take the risk. I can see why KH:FM was not released. This game though really could have been released as not everyone cared about CoM on the GBA but having it to play on the PS2 with 3d graphics made it much more attractive for those who did not even have a GBA. That game in itself would have been enough of a reason to take a chance, and they did a lot more altering in KH2:FM with additional scenes than the first KH:FM.

I am glad though to hear that fans are translating and doing work so that we can get the game and understand it. Reading a guide alongside the game is distracting and annoying. It really is not the same and I would not mind reading subtitles.

I think almost everyone on this site would like to see this game coming to places other than Japan.
