    Ansem wasn't scary, in fact, he was usually funny, especially towards the end of the game.
    If any boss battle was scary, it was the Malificent Dragon, Damn, I spent my days whoring the dodge roll just so I could beat that thing when I was younger.

    He did, actually. xD I remember the first time I heard his voice in that cave and I got all creeped out. I just kinda sat there after that little confrontation, a little paralyzed with both confusion and a little fear.

    But later, I was scared to fight him because I knew he was the final boss, and the knowledge that he was going to be the hardest came in.

    The first thought that popped in my head when I saw him was, "That guy is so tan... how can he be that dark when he wears a cloak all the time?" And other various thoughts.

    He did scare me a little at first. I guess that's what you get when you're playing at 2 A.M. in the dark with no sleep the previous night... I think it was his voice that really got me.
