Saw the trailer on hulu. This actually looks pretty interesting. Supernatural thriller. M. Night Shymalan. Inspired and loosely based on Ten Little Indians by Agatha Christie. Set for release on September 17. Checked wikipedia, but all I found was this about the plot And that's the first of The Night Chronicles,a trilogy about the supernatural in the modern urban society. (The sequel's supposedly going to be about a jury case dealing with the supernatural and is currently titled Twelve Strangers.) EDIT: One of these people is not like the other~
One of these peepz is dead! Sounds pretty interesting. Looks it too. If I wasn't such a wuss, I would probably go see it depending on if my friends would go see it with me. ^-^; I've read that book slightly and if it's based on it, I think it should be a pretty good film.
Spoiler The Devil must be a woman, if you pause on 1:22 the thing in the background seems to have breasts. Another reason being is that on 1:52 there is pretty much no blood on the Old Lady and she is on top of the pile. EDIT by Styx: Otherwise you might have ruined it for anyone who wasn't planning to watch the trailer.
That'll be a twist. I am always, always wary whenever a movie tries to cram the supernatural and the 'Devil' down my throat. Doesn't look all that fantastic to me honestly.
jeez louise, that movie is going to keep me from sleeping for a few days as least. But you gotta love the horror movies. This one was pretty good. Still, if you want to scar a child for life, I'd say this movie might do it. I mean, I'm going to have images of old ladies rising up out of nowhere now. It's annoying how I can handle horrors, it's just the things that pop out of nowhere that freak me out. Even if just for a second.
I saw this movie. It was pretty decent. for M. I think you guys should watch it, it's something to do.
It disappointed me. I mean, religious spanish guy that automatically knew the Devil was there, skeptic cop, it was a bit cliche. The acting wasn't that great, though it was decent. I just really don't like how they portrayed the Devil. It was just...ordinary.
ordinary? How the heck are you supposed the portray the devil in any other way? And now I want to watch this movie again. I'd probably only give it like 3.5/5 or 4/5, but it was still interesting
