trailers normally have a song in the background. those vids were by someone with a camera and in all the trailers i've seen they had parts from those vids but they weren't as long as those vids are
The video camera caputred apart of that one trailer, I remember seeing all those parts in the trailer they were just split up by other stuff.
Actually a lot of tihngs don't add up here. 1. These are full scenes, they aren't from trailers. 2. The Loading Screen is there, and that IS the loading screen of DMC4 , because the demos had that loading screen as well. These are not old, or fake as far as I know anyways.

I officially NEED a 360 for this game. That gameplay trailer was absolutely insane. Not only are the graphics good, the game itself just looks great. I cant wait till Christmas lol.
