Spoiler: Naminé I think I made the bottom half a little too gritty and dark. Spoiler: Deus Ex I know there isn't much you could say about this one, but I felt like showing it off anyway because I personally like it.
Hey, my name's in the second pic. Ok maybe with the added words 'NOT IN' but that's damn close enough. Anyway, regarding the Namine pics. I think that the gritty dark may be distorting the picture a little too much. I like the effect it has but i'm bothered by effectively the notepad and her hand disappearing. It doesn't feel as if the picture is as 'natural' as it could be. Still, I like the use of the blue and red light to juxtapose the idea of light and dark, without it taking up loads of room, and the black and white contrast. Feels like a film grain effect. I like.
The first one. Is lovely. I am liking the contrast in it,and the different light effects are just lovely. Although,as you said yourself,the bottom one is a bit dark...or maybe the top one is too light? And the second one. Ohmygod. I belive in nothing,but the truth and who we are~ <3 <3 <3 <3 I just love it,and not just because of the 100 Suns reference. The whole thing is just.... Nom. Great work dear.
I like them both. You were right about the bottom being too dark. The color is not balanced. Too condensed. What are they meant to be used for? They look like they might be phone wallpapers...
These are really nice looking. I especially like the the blue and red light on the Namine pictures, gives it a nice feel and it goes with the white and black BG. Great work!
I really liked the Namine pic, the way one eye was blue in one frame and the other red was . . . different. The second frame was a bit too dark, I could hardly see the sketch pad at the bottom, but that isn't really all that important. I also like the text, "my bright is too slight, to hold back my dark" There is a deep explanation as to why that I won't get into but light and dark are something I am really interested in. The second pic, Dues Ex, I honestly can't say much because I don't know much about it. I can compliment you on the way it was laid out with the star backdrop. You did a really good job ^_^
i like both the last one was kinda empty and the bottom of the first one was "dirty" but they look good
Such a great song. <3 This is quite lovely, I do have to agree about the bottom being a little too gritty--specifically over Naminé's face. I keep imagining the grit to be beard stubble. ._. Which is a little disorienting, but that's probably just me. For some reason the font is bothering me as well, I can't quite place what it is.
