Destiny of the Forgotten

Nulix sighed and mumbled something under his breath
"Fine... but beware of this guy, he can really hurt people..." ​

 

Tera Roth listened to Nulix, then nodded.

"You're absolutely correct. Don't trust me. I don't trust you. But allow me to explain my actions at the time...

"I've known about the Brotherhood for some time. That is why I repeatedly fought against you in your quest to destroy the Enigmatic Knights...The Enigmatic Knights you were intent on destroying were an elite group known as the Dreadnought Knights, and mine were the Larenska Knights. Both were guarding gates that, if opened, could allow the Brotherhood inside the worlds.

"Therefore I opposed you. However, I was curious about the organization. I wanted to see if you could stand up to the Brotherhood, if you were set against each other. Therefore, I set up a test...a rather crude and badly thought out test, but nonetheless, a test...a tournament that would face you up against your loved ones, your worst fears, etc. I wanted to see how strong you could become, or were."

He shrugged. "You passed with flying colors, but that's irrelevant now. Whether or not you're strong enough to fight the Brotherhood is beside the point, because you're going to have to be."

He closed his eyes and bowed his head, folding his arms. "Now, I know the last remaining location that you can enter to chase the Brotherhood and defeat them: a gate within Kingdom Hearts. I offer my life as evidence that I will not betray you. Sound fair?"

 

"...No, not really..." Nulix replied "But... we've got nothing else, so fine..."​

 

"Lead on, old man." Xane said.

 

Bellatrix nodded, "i'll hold you to that....let's go already...."

 

"All right, then," Tera Roth said, jumping into the pilot's chair and raising the ship up. "Somebody should check on Xardius. Man, I miss that guy...Me and he used to be old buddies once upon a time..."

Tera Roth shook his head, and pointed the ship at Kingdom Hearts. "Ready or not!"

The ship rocketed off.

 

...Nulix was silent as he sat...​

 

Xane wondered who the next Brotherhood member they met would be....

 

Bellatrix thought of some old memories while wondering what they would find when they arrived.

 

OOC: *randomly jumps in* Hi!

BIC: Vexneah lazily opened her eyes. Everything was a blur to her, she couldn't remember anything that had happened within the past few days. She sat up and looked around, "Where...am I this time...?" she murmured, rubbing her eyes.

OOC: I forgot, where is she again...?

 

OOC: On the ship headd to kingdom Hearts....

 

OOC: Sorry guys...

BIC: Tera Roth zipped the ship into Kingdom Hearts and settled it down in a square. In the middle of the square was a massive gateway made of solid stone. Intricate spirals went around the arch...and it was closed.

Tera Roth approached it, puzzled.

EDIT: "We can't pass," he hissed. "The gate's shut!"

He slammed a fist against the gate, then paused and looked to one side. He studied the indentation intently, then smiled.

"But there is a way... I've heard about this, but never experienced it. The Brotherhood has sealed the gate by splitting the gate's powers into portions. These portions take on the forms of gems...All we have to do now is find the gems. According to relativity, there should be a gem on the more important worlds...All we have to do is find them, bring them back here, and place them in these indentations."

He sighed. "A lot of work, but not a lost cause."

OOC: Now I gotta go...Sorry.

 

"NOOOOOOOO!!!!!" Xane yelled. "Anything but a generic search for the tresure quest!"

 

OOC: Haven't been here in a while, what's been going on?

 

OOC: well we had a bit of a skirmish with some of the brotherhood, and now Tera Roth has approached some of the UO to find a way to defeat the brotherhood so we went to the gate in kingdom hearts and now we're stuck on another quest to find the gems to open the gate....yeah.....

BIC: "ugh, last time we did a quest like that we got blamed for causing chaos.,.."Bellatrix muttered, "how many do we have to find?"

 

"Oh god!" Nulix exclaimed, ramming his skull into a piece of flesh known as his hand. "...What are we even doing anymore... I say, we find the Brotherhood, beat them to a pulp... Not go on random quest for people we barely know, and then find out that it means nothing in the long run."​

 

OOC: I'm back from my trip and I got here earlier that expected so I'll be back tomorrow.

 

Wing folded his arms and watched as Xane, Bella, and Nulix spoke with Tera Roth. He had stayed on the ship as it pulled into kingdom hearts, as he didn't want to leave Gale and Vexneah alone...and on top of that, Xardius was still passed out, but he would be okay.



Gale watched as Vexneah's eyes fluttered open and he greeted her with a warm smile.
Gale: "good morning princess...We're inside kingdom hearts...some tera roth guy and Jack asked us to join up with the knights, and fight the brotherhood...i dont know any more then that..." Wing walked up behind gale and waved to vexneah

"Well, looks like we have a bit of a treasure hunt in store...we need some gems to unlock a gate here so we can go after the Brother hood....so i'd rest up because i'm sure it'll be tough." Wing walked back to the Ship's entrace and leaned against the door frame listening to the conversation outside.

 

Vecked grunted as he flew through the crisp night air, the willow tree's dragged slowly on the wet landscape. He had recently stopped by the Ziet, they still had no idea that Ziet's Head, Izol, had died. And unless a new leader was assigned emidietly and secretively Ziet was sure to fall apart.

Vecked sighed, he could not be bothered with that at the moment, or that there once well known allies, the Brotherhood, would die off at any minute. True, they where some of the most powerful humans in the known universe... But the Ultimate Organization... they where powerful... Creature's of Equal strength.

Vecked's flying mask slowly covered his face, as his hoverboards flame's suddenly went out, and he flew out to the stars. He of course, had other things to care for, the first being the lack of Darkness in the world. They would die off, all beings of dark and twilight, he knew they would... Unless he could change this universe and not make it a thing of light... but a thing of Twilight.

And there was only one thing that could do this. The Supreme Darkness. The Virus.

Vecked looked ahead as he flew off, the only way he could get the Virus free was if he had the technology of that freed it in the future. Project Light 160, the U.P.A. creation that was created off of the Robotic creation known as Chese. What was Project Light? What was Chese? Unknown, even to Ziet. It was the U.P.A.'s greatest secret, they may in fact have taken that secret to the grave.

None of that mattered though, all that mattered was the Darkness. And that's why Vecked needed to find Project Light, it may have been destroyed with the U.P.A... but maybe... it survived... That was the only hope for the Universe... The Virus... Vecked sighed, Best of two evils he thought. ​

 

Tera Roth folded his arms. "It's not my fault...just because the UO is a chaos-ensuing, climactic war-group isn't my problem. If you want, you can sit here and drool all day staring at the gate, or we can go find the..." He counted the depressions. "20 gems that will open the gate. You didn't think it'd really be that easy did you?"
