Depression...

Nobody really knows
what it is
it is something hard to describe
but yet we feel it
so often in our lives

When you feel
like you want to cry
but you cannot
that is depression.

When you feel
like nobody loves you
and they all hate you
that is depression.

You feel alone in this world
and are left to sulk
in your corner of moodiness
we know as the emo corner

And the more depressed you get
the more unhappy you become
you begin to hate others
and you feel like crying every night

Depression may be the only thing
that can make you happy
and it is almost impossible
to get rid of once you have it

i know... but that was what was running through my head... i feel like nobody loves me and i feel like i want to cry but i can't...

it's strange but the later it gets, the more depressed i begin to feel... i dunno what's wrong with me... but tonight i am expressing my feelings through poems and this is what i feel at the moment... i can't help it...

Oh, and continue to let out your feelings in poetry...it should help. :) It's also a great idea to write a poem based on your emotions...it gives a true sort of feeling to it. :)

and i noticed that the poetry helps me be less depressed as well... :P
