Kingdom Hearts II Demyx's death compared to the rest.

I searched the forum for any thread like this but did not see any, however, if I simply missed it then this can be removed.


All of the members of Orginaztion XII died sooner or later and when they did they faded into darkness. But when Demyx did there was a lot of light. I thought maybe it was just cuz of his element but if that was so then wouldn't the other members die in their own elements also? Like Axel diying in a flame or such? So anyone else notice this or have any comments?​

 

I never did think about it. I can't think of any reason why his should be different. That's very odd...

 

Hmmm...I havent noticed either....Maybe because of the lighting? >.< Thats my only guess...I was going to say possibly because he wasnt as dark as the others but Axel isnt, you know....So, Im not sure :/

 

Never noticed it...Demyx never did seem like a 'bad' guy to me...But if that had anything to do with it, I think Axel would've faded into light too because of his 'sacrifice'/'betrayal'. Maybe it's because of his sitar...? I don't know. XD​

 

Maybe becuz of the world they were in? Radiant garden seems like a light world to me. TWTNW, beasts world, realm of darkness, castle oblivian. They never did seem like very 'light' places, ya know

 

I think this was an awesome observation. Demyx might not have been that evil so that might be why he faded into light. But he did start out fading into the darkness a bit. I guess he might not have committed as many wrongs as the other members. Who knows.

 

Demyx disappeared in a burst of bubbles.
It was light because; 1) It was water, and 2) If the water had been black it would've been harder to see, especially the bubbles.

Also, if you notice, you could see the same blackness after the bubbles and water disappeared as with the other "regular" members.

 

Then what about the other deaths? They also have elements that would of been hard to see when black.​

 

Well, it could be a quick escape before he died, which was what I always thought. But ever since I defeated Demyx in the last battle. I always wondered why he faded away in bubbles and ashes. But later, if he did escape quickly, he would've died somewhere else.. ( I have no idea what I'm trying to say)

 

That he ported to somewhere else?

Maybe he ported to get some help or Sora killed a clone or something.

He was probably was trying to escape with a portal but Sora killed him.

 

As he said himself he never liked meniel work or fighting. He did seem to befreind Roxas after Axel. If you are unaware of this then wait for the english version of 365/2 days.

 

i never thought on that although i dont pay much attension to the deaths

 

in the Japaneses version of the game axel was on fire when he faded away

and when marluxia died there was his flowers around him

 

Why isn't the Japaneses version the same as the english one? That's really weird :S

 

Maybe he didn't die...

Maybe he pulled an Axel and made it look like he was dead...

Of course, he'd have to go to TWTNW and mess with the little thing so it would light up red...

Maybe he just hid somewhere until Sora killed everyone else, so then he wouldn't have to deal with orders anymore...

Demyx's battle was out in the sunny wide open and his death ended up with a burst of bubbles and then he faded out as the others do. I didn't see anything unusual about it really. Water can make things brighter and such and it was light out.

 

It's because they censored it... they thought it was too violent for us...

 

No, your theory isn't re****ed. I kind of thought that when I played the third time. I really like the game.
