She smiled and took his hand, leading him out of the school.

 

"See you guys later!" he said, waiving at them.

 

Natalie chuckled then cleared her throat.
"You never answered my question," she said.

 

"Um.... I was nervous and didn't want to hurt you?"

 

She chuckled.
"Is that the truth or do you just feel nervous in telling me?" she asked.

 

"A little of both." he said.

 

She stopped walking and she leaned in closely to him.
"Please tell me?" she asked sweetly, her eyes glossy with a puppy dog pout.

 

"I can't." he said, looking away. "I'm too ashamed to."

 

She frowned and kissed his cheek.
"There's nothing to be ashamed of," she said.

 

"I still can't tell you." he said, feeling even worse.

 

She smiled.
"You can tell me anything," she said.
"Please?" she asked.

 

"You'd hate me." he said. "Besides, we're almost there."

 

She stopped walking again.
"Tell me right now, or I wont' take another step," she teased. She kissed his cheek.
"I would never hate you," she said.

 

"It's because your a beautiful girl and I'm a guy." he said.

 

"I don't follow," she said. She kissed his cheek.
"You're a very handsome guy and i'm a girl," she said.

 

"I'm really attracted to you." he said. "And that's why I was nervous."

 

She nodded softly and smiled.
"Don't worry... I don't think thats bad," she said.

 

He sighed. At least she understands part of it. he thought to himself.

 

"Part of it?" she asked.
"You didn't forget that i could read mine right?" she asked.
"What do you mean part of it?" she asked

 

"It's nothing." he said. "And I didn't forget. I just thought you'd ask for permission before reading my mind."
