he pushed her out of the way slamming again thru the barrier

 

She growled and made one more barrier. She didn't have enough strength to make another, and her power would more than likely make her drop from the air. She had enough time to say one thing.

"The experimental machines don't get rid of you. It separates your personalities," she said, then began to fall out of the sky.

 

Sean was walking around and looked up. He saw Natalie falling from the sky. "Natalie!" he yelled, running over to catch her. He raised the earth below him and flew up and caught her. "Natalie, are you alright?" he asked her.

 

She nodded with a sigh.
"Yeah, I'm okay... Just a little weak. I'm wanting Jecht to stay, so I can help him." she said

 

"We'll just have to wait and see what he says. Also, we can't force him if he doesn't want to." he said to her. They landed and he set her down on the ground.

 

"I don't want to force him, He can leave, I just want to reason with him, and give him more options," she said.

 

"I understand. But all we can do now is wait for him to make a descision." he said. "If he wants our help, he'll ask for it. If not, then he'll probably leave."

 

"I wish he wouldn't" she said frowning.

 

"Well, unfortunatly, we can't do anything about it." he said, putting his arm around her.

 

"Well, whatever makes him happy," she said then walked off.

 

He walked after her. "Do you want to hang out or something while we wait?" he asked.

 

"I'm not really in the mood," she said sulking.

 

"Aww, come on." he said. "We don't really have to do anything, we could just sit around." He ran in front of her and stopped. "What do ya say?"

 

She looked up at him and let out a sigh.
"I really appreciate it, but i'm just, not in a great mood. Seeing a student leave...it hurts and i really need some time," she said.

 

"I understand." he said with a sigh. "I was just hoping we could spend some time togeather or something. But if you don't want to, I understand."

 

She hugged him and held him close.
"That is very nice of you, but you don't have to put up with me," she said, trying to smile.

 

"I'm not putting up with you." he said, hugging her back. "I love you and want to be with you. During the good times and the bad."

 

She laughed and smiled.
"Well, I know something we can do together," she said with a smile that seemed tricky.

 

"And what would that be?" he asked her. He thought to himself, I wonder what it could be?

 

She stepped back a few steps.
"Close your eyes," she said.
