Demonslaying Academy

Kain heard screaming and tearing. He turned arouund, pulled out his gunblade and calmly walked to the gym.
"I'm SO going to regret this later..."

He walked into the gym to see Natalie with a cut up arm and Sean in a sword-lock with some white-haired guy. "I'm interupting something, aren't I?", he said casually.

 

Sean ran to her side and asked "Are you ok?"

 

She kept her distance from him.
"Don't worry about me," she said strained, like something held her back from snapping at him.
"I have to get this venom out quickly," she said, calming down, then looking over at the demolished wall, where she saw Seph standing, and smiling evilly.

"There's your gift," he yelled over, and ran throughout the door leading outside, disappearing.

 

Kain's eye twitched, loking annoyed. "Well, I don't feel ignore AT ALL." He paced over to Sean and looked at Natalie.

"Is she okay?" he asked him.

 

Tears immediately shot up in her eyes. She took the cloth off, to look at the two holes embedded in her wrist. She took her blade and cut it deeper, letting the venom flow out..
"I'll be fine," she said wincing. She let the wound bleed out, but she knew it was no use. She let out small escapable breaths as her hand hurt terribly.
"It..it burns so bad," she said softly, almost whispered

 

"What can I do to help?"

 

"Nothing... All I can do is hope the venom flows out quickly, or it'll be too late, again," she said softly

 

"What do you mean, again?" he asked.

 

She sighed, and looked at the wound once more...
"It's a long story... There is more to me, than anyone knows, other than Seph of course," she said

 

"Can you tell me? I know we only just met, but I care for you deeply."

 

Natalie blushed....
"You...care deeply for me?" she asked, stunned. She lost her focus and felt something go through her body like a shock. She was scared to think someone would care about her.

 

Kain turned around and waved at them without looking. "Well, I gotta jet. The bell could ring any second in this place. Good luck with that bite."

He laid his gunblade over his shoulder and walked out of the gym with his other hand in his pocket.

 

"I do." he said, also blushing. He turned to the other guy and said "See ya."

 

Natalie smiled, then felt the burn increase. She let out a whimper, and finally a tear escaped, rolling down her frowning cheek. She couldn't help but clench her wrist, which was keeping the venom in her bloodstream

 

He pulled her hand away from her arm. "You need to let the venom bleed out." he said.

 

She nodded slightly, wincing.
"But it burns," she complained.
"And, the venom has already escaped past and close to my heart. If I let most of it bleed out, then the outcome won't be as bad," she said

 

"What will happen to you?" he asked.

 

"You know what he is right? A bloodsucker....but he also has venom, to change others into other bloodsuckers, or vampires as most people know," she said then laughed at her stupidity. The word vampire made her shudder.
"I've got a good chance of not being one, but the venom is enough to make my heart stop, and produce fangs, more than likely, but not enough to attack" she explained

 

"I've got an idea." he said and began sucking out the venom and spitting it out.

 

She winced but never felt better. She looked at him warily, with a grin.
"Thank you," she said. Her focus was dazed as she looked at her hand to feel no more burning..
