Demons and Heroes

"Don't..let him.. control you.......Jecht... tell Cole..I.....l..love him.." she said her voice quivering. Natalie went pale in her face and she stopped breathing.. Her now lifeless body now went limp..

Dameon watched....
"Its a shame.. I thought that Cole was going to be able to see this," he said crossing his arms...

 

Gharanth kissed her gently.

"It's ok. You are just determined to master this technique. Many warriors take years to learn the skill and you are almost there. Jut remember that I will always be here to protect you."

He refitted the blindfold and positioned her in a safe open area.

"Lets try again"

Moving around her quietly, he stopped to her left.

 

Twilight felt much more relaxed, not as uptight. She wondered if Gharanth knew that. She giggled to herself and rolled her eyes behind the cloth. He always seemed to know everything. She smiled and spun to face where she was positive he was standing. She reached out a finger and poked him in the ribs.
"Found you."

 

He started to laugh. So his secret was out. The great warrior Gharanth was ticklish.

"So you see even I have secrets, though I will tell you anything you wish to know.You did perfectly. Lets up the stakes."

He led her to an area with a lot of trees. Circling round he climbed a tree and hung upside down directly above her,

 

Twilight gigglied again. Gharanth. Her big, strong, impassive Gharanth, was ticklish! The thought made her laugh herself. She finally had something to hold over him. She'd use it on him later.
She listeded for a moment, spinning and touching a tree. Her brow creased. She knew she had heard his breath comming from...
she stopped and smiled, jumping up and tapping his head with the tips of her fingers.
She laughed, it was more like a game than training now. Everything was better with Gharanth around.

 

Cole woke up after having been knocked out. Seeing that Natalie wasn't there, he paniced.

 

Dameon leaned against a wall... He snapped his fingers and created a portal from the cave to where him and Jecht's boss was..He may not be heroic, but he wouldn't let cole just sit there panicking....


Natalie soon found her soul walking around the darkness again.. She was frightened, and scared..

 

Gharanth laughed and jumped down next to her. "That was excellent. The enemy above is the hardest one to master. Your instinct is to listen at ground level as you knew I was there before. I know many warriors that would be jealous of your skills. Now draw your sword and we'll make it more interesting."

 

Twilight smiled proudly. "I'm not that good." She muttered blushing. She drew her sword and kissed the tip. She winked at Gharanth and resecured her blindfold.

 

He saw the portal and went through it. The only thing he saw was Natalie's lifeless body. He ran over to her and fell on his knees. "No." he said. "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"

 

Dameon raised his brow...
"Hmph....and yet you still cry over that wench," he said...

OOC: be back later... gotta take some medicine.. -yuck-

 

"The orb." he said, electricity crackling around him as he slowly got up. "Give back the orb."

OOC: What happened?

 

"what makes you think I have the orb? Ask Jecht...he's the one who knocked youout and took her orb..." he said tilting his head down closing his eyes while leaning against the wall

I fractured my right rib last night during a volleyball game

 

"I don't care who has it, just give it back or I'll kill you all!"

OOC: Ouch! DX

 

Dameon chuckled then took the orb from Jecht...
"This is what you want right? Let's see how you control your temper," he said then started slenching the orb in his hand tightly... He put enorumous amount of pressure on it..

Natalie felt her soul dissappearing..
"My orb.. its in danger" she thought

OOC; yeah... what really hurt was when three doctors had to move my arm to take x-rays... and if I moved my arm, it hurt my rib T^T

 

"No." he said, calming down, "Please don't."

OOC: >_< I hope you get better soon.

 

Dameon stopped putting pressure on it...
"You really care about this girl...." he said.. He sighed and threw the orb to Cole..
"Maybe when I get over these feelings.. I'll actually kill her," he said..then dissappeared... He left another portal for them to get back to the cave

He put the orb inside her and brought her back through the portal. He turned back and said "Thank you."

 

"I may be evil.. but I'm fair..." he said then shut the portal..

Natalie felt herself vanish out of the darkness.. Now all she wanted to do was just wake up..

 

He set her down and sat next to her. "Come on Natalie, wake up." he said.
