Dameon created a portal and walked away with Jecht's boss.. He let go of Natalie and escapped just in time...

Natalie ran over and hugged Cole..

 

He hugged her back. "I'll kill him for this. I told him I would."

 

A teardrop went down Natalies cheek..
"I can't stand death Cole... Ever since what happened to Aroe.. I just can't stand it..." she said shutting her eyes...

 

Gharanth wondered what the others were doing. They had all left camp before Twilight and himself. He smiled as he walked along. Since the confessions of his feelings he felt lighter and happier. It was as if the weight of the world had been lifted off him. He would protect Twilight at all costs. He had meant every word he said.

 

"He threatened you, twice!" he said. "I can't just stand back and do nothing!"

 

Natalie sighed and started crying...

 

"Please don't cry." he said.

 

Natalie looked up and stared into Cole's eyes.. Tears still running down her cheeks..
"I 'm sorry," she said softly...

 

"I'm just trying to protect you." he said.

 

"I know.." she said in her quivering voice...

 

He sighed and said "If you don't want me to kill him, I won't."

 

Natalie's eyes stopped glowing blue and it stopped snowing.. She hugged Cole and held him close to her....
"Its not that i don't want you to kill him.. i do want him dead. but i can't stand but hate death," she said her voice still quivering

 

"I don't like it either, but sometimes it just has to happen. I've learned to just deal with it."

 

"So...if I died you would just deal with it?" she asked...

OOC: thats kinda harsh for me to say as my character but i can't think of anything else

 

"I would weep for you night and day for the rest of my life if you died." he said.

 

Natalie sighed deeply and continued to hug him.. It bagan to snow lightly as her mood changed..
"Cole.....I love you ver much," she said closing her eyes, and lying her head on his chest still hugging him

 

He kissed her forhead and said "And I love you just as much."

 

she smiled... and broke off the hug softly. She held his hands..
"Lets head into the cave.. its gettin dark and snowy," she said trying to be happy..

 

"Yeah, you're right." he said, and led her into the cave.

 

She smiled. Once she was inside She took off her backpack and pulled over an over throw...
"Here you go Cole, its going to get cold" she said reaching him the overthrow..
