"You don't sound like an old man, Gharanth. Over the years...i have seen older, in body and spirit." She wiped a tear away as she stood. "And im not as younge and naive as i look."
She turned to leave but paused at the door. "And my tears are given out by my heart and not my mind." She pushed aside the tent flap and left to sit by the fire.

ooc: ill be back a little later.

 

Gharanth lay back to think about what she had said. Her tears had genuinely been for him in a way. Was he truly not beyond saving and dare he hope that he would recapture the normal life he had previously. He hoped that he would be able to recover the happiness he once felt. He stared at the canvas and imagines a better life.

Twilight pulled out her feather like blade, shifting it in her fingertips by the fire. Having a new friend was no excuse for lazyness.
She stood up and began practicing her stances and moves, trying to picture an enemy before her with her closed eyes as she danced over the snow, slashing with her blade, at someone who wasn't there.

Aldon2:
*voice out of nowhere*

So you have gone soft......

*Dark Aldon Fades in front of Gharanth and Twilight*

I don't think you should hold onto that many orbs, I might have to do something about this.....

 

darkeon telepored to where aldon was. "why dont you let me polish some orbs for you?" he asked with a grin.

 

OOC: Oops! I edited it.

 

ooc: Gharanth is in his tent, Twilight is outside training. Who are you addressing? :)

 

Twilight looked up at Aldon. She narrowed her eyes at him and held her blade tighter.
"You're eyes...you don't seem to be a friend." She looked at Gharanth's tent where he still lay. It looked like she would have to handle this on her own.

 

Aldon2:
Huh?!!
Where is that fool!
And I was making a good entrance too....

*looks at Twilight*

I guess I'll take my anger on you!

*pulls out his dark blade*

 

Gharanth rose on hearing Twilight stop. He drew his sword and emerged from his tent. "You"he spat. "I suppose you want to cause trouble. I am not interested."

 

Twilight swallowed but kept her face unmoved. She didn't like the look in the mans eyes and she wondered if she could take him. She was happy Gharanth was here.

 

"Get behind me" Gharanth muttered to her. "This one is trouble and powerful with it. I will not let him corrupt your soul. Let me protect you."He raised the flame sword to match Dark Aldon. "You have no business here. Leave us in peace."

 

Twilight swallowed. "Im going to fight with you, Gharanth. Im no child. I can take care of myself." She was still touched by his care though and showed it with her eyes.

 

Aldon2:
I'm not going away this time, I actually thought you were evil, but I guess not!
I'll just force it out of you!

*dark mists started moving in*

*it begins to glow with a dark energy*

Cole woke up and heard a ruccus outside. He got up and went to check it out.

 

"Please Twilight, do this for me. If you really believe that I am not evil, do as I ask. If anyone gets hurt here other than me you will see my dark side emerge."

 

Twilight shivered as she watched Gharanth nodding slowly and backing off.
"GHARANTH!" She cried as Aldon unleashed his dark powers on him.

 

jecht set ryoko's body down by a tree and walked into the others camp his eyes hid he looked up his eyes crimson with black in the center and darkness began to pulsate from his body
