he pushed her over to jecht who held her close ........

jecht looked past her to see the man holding a smoking gun

"noooooooooo"

 

Natalie heard the large bang.. She took off running towards the noise... She saw Jecht holding the girl and the vehical..
"What happened!?" she asked

 

the car drove off jecht just collaped crying

"j..echt.."

the life left the girls eyes

 

Natalie put both her hands up to her face...
"Oh my god" she said sounding muffled... She took a few steps back.

 

"noooooo ryoko"


jecht just held her body closer

 

ooc: Sorry ive been gone. this massive storm hit and the power was out for four days at my house here i am though.

bic: Twilight shuffled over to Gharanth's tent. Her own cloak was dried out now and she figured she should return his cloak to him.
"Gharanth?" She knocked on the outside of the tent. "May i come in?"

 

Gharanth woke and turned over. "Please enter. I hope you are feeling better Twilight. There is nothing to be afraid of."

 

Twilight smiled as she walked in. "Er...sorry about that...did i wake you?" She brushed her hair out of her face, holding his cloak slung over her arm.

 

Gharanth smiled. "Don't worry about it. I see you are better now and that's what's important. Your cloak is dry again then?I would hate to see you uncomfortable. He moved across so there was space to sit. "Please make yourself comfortable."

 

Twilight took a seat handing him the large cloak and looking around the tent.
An uncomfortable silence stood between them and she racked her brain for something...anything to say.

 

"So how long have you been traveling? I'm a wanderer by nature. I hope this doesn't bother you. I once was settled and had everything one could desire. It was all taken from me by humans."

 

Twilight frowned in though. "I've been traveling for as long as i can remember." Her brow creased. "I think i have at least..." She turned so she was faceing Gharanth.
"Humans do seem to change things, dont they. But the two who you befriended seemed nice enough." She sighed. "I guess some of them are okay...you know...once you get used to them."

 

"Nobody should be judged by stereotype. We are all capable of great good and great evil. There is no reason that all humans should want to kill. I just seen to have mainly experienced the bad ones. Sometimes the tiniest candle can light the darkness though."

 

"wow..." She whispered at Gharanth's words. He spoke like it was out of a book. Like he was reading it off a poem. She thought about it for a moment before speaking.
"There was one human i rather enjoyed being in company with. It was only a short time and i was only a child but he was somewhat like a father to me."

 

"It is good that you started with a good experience. It forms us and our opinions. Sadly my early experiences were not good. However the two in the other tent are different. A small action can have major consequences like the ripples on a pond. An act of kindness may change the world for the better."

 

Twilight smiled and wiped her eyes. His words were so...pure...so... She wiped another tear away in awe. Stunned... she was afraid to speak, wondering if her voice would crack.

 

"Are you alright child? Have I upset you? That I can assure you was never my intention. I have always thought deeply on matters, even when the way was dark. I have been to my own personal hell and come out the other side. I merely do not wish you to have to suffer the same."

 

"No....no..." She swallowed. "You haven't upset me, my friend. Quite the opposite." She now looked up into his eyes. A few more tears escaped hers. "You talk so...clearly is all...so beautifully"

 

jecht couldnt take it anymore he collapesed next to her he was worn out

 

"I am older and have seen the world though these eyes and know it to be the mixed up place it is. I have seen acts of great kindness and great cruelty. Forgive me if I talk like a dried up philosopher, but this is how the world has shaped me. I am neither wise nor great, I am merely me. You should not shed tears on your beautiful face. Such tears should be kept for one who deserves them. You will know when that time comes."
