Demons and Heroes

"Yes, it seems like a good idea." he said.

 

She smiled and walked with him to the cave...

 

When they got to the cave, he found a pile of wood and used it to make a fire.

 

"I'll go look for something to eat," she said then walked out of the cave.

 

"Be careful!" he said.

 

"I will be," she said then walked to the river.. She stood in the shallow end with a sharpened stick and caught some fish...

 

He sat next to the fire and warmed himself up.

 

Natalie got frustrated that she couldn't catch any of the fish... She froze the river.. She saw many fish trapped. She smiled then tried to walk over to them, but she forgot she was in the shallow end...
"This could go not go any better," she said sarcastically..

 

He lay back and took a nap.

 

Natalie broke herself out of the river.. She was shaking from the coldness, but she caught the fish.. On the way back she picked some fruit out of the trees..amazed there were any from the cold weather.. She arrived at the cave and saw Cole asleep...

 

He slept a dreamless sleep.

 

She smiled and sat down next to him as she put the fish over the fire... She stroked his hair and fixed the over throw on him to make him more comfortble.. She smiled at how cute he looked asleep...

 

He rolled on his side and smiled.

 

She felt like she wanted to kiss his cheek, but she didn't want to bother him... She still felt the cold wind come in from the entrance.. She stood up and hung her overthrow in front of the entrance and put two rocks at the cornor so it wouldn't blow away..She then sat back down nest to Cole and stroked his hair some more

 

He slowly woke up and said "Sorry, I kind of dozed off."

 

"Its okay..you look cute asleep," she said still stroking his hair.. She handed him a stick with a fish on it..
"Eat up," she siad smiling

 

He sat up and said "Thanks!" He ate the fish.

 

She smiled..
"You're welcome," She said as she took a fish, and slowly ate it..

 

He smiled at her as he ate. He really did like her alot.

 

She looked at Cole.. She didn't know what to do anymore.. She liked him too, but what would Yochi say? How could she tell him?
"Cole...can I tell you something?" she asked a bit nervously..
