Demons and Heroes

She looked at him and hesitated.. She stepped bakc ready to fall off the ledge and into the river...
"Can't you just go away and leave alone?" she asked

 

"give me the orb girl" said the clone

 

"I said NO!" she shouted...

 

"Leave her alone," said Yoika as she jumped from a tree and tackled the clone.

Yochi was at the bottom of the drop. "Jump and I'll catch you," he said holding out his arms. The river was up to his chest.

 

Natalie heard Yochi at the bottom...
"How can he stand that cold water?" she thought
"I'm scared to!" she shouted..

 

when the clone wais tackled it melted into liquid and rematerialized near the girl. "give me the orb." it said.

 

She sighed...
"when I say no I mean it!" she yelled...

 

Torque walked over as silent as always.

"Natalie could I speak to you."

 

Aroe watched Drakeon and the others from above, circleing around them if help was needed. They looked like he could handle the girl though. THey looked perfectly capable.
It was actually Natalie he'd come to see, but she'd been practicing. She wasn't so helpless anymore and the way she fought made a strike of pride flush through him. She wasn't helpless. She could survive without him watching. That didn't mean he'd stop watching though.

"Nows not the best time, but what do you need?" she asked...

 

the clone melted into a puddle and rematerialized behind her. he reached into her pocket and took the orb. "thanks" he said as he threw it into a portal that had opened near him. then the portal closed and the clone began to laugh. "that was easy"

 

Little did he know that was just a replica of the orb.. The real orb she had hidden...
"That should buy me some time," she thought...

"I am sorry," she said. She pushed Natalie off the cliff and turned to the clone. "Are you scared," she taunted.

Yochi caught Natalie.

 

Aroe clentched his teeth. Was every deamon this stupid? A Fake orb???? He'd fallen for that trick???
Aroe cracked his knuckles, eyes locking on Yochi. He was prety sure he had an orb with him. With a smirk, Aroe dove down towards him, pulling out his blades and preparing to fight.

 

Torque looked so sad and said to her, "Sorry but, what happened, it wasn't me and what I said, I'm sorry."

 

"Its okay.." she said smiling...

she screamed as she fell..
She looked at Yochi....
"Thanks," she said..She then looked at the river...
"How can you stand being in this icy water?" she asked as it started to snow again...

 

Torque he smiled back. "what's your story anyway? You a demon like me?"

 

OOC: Shes in the river now...:p

BIC: She shouted back up at him..
"No...I'm a human..I'll tell you my story later," she said...

 

Aroe drew ever so nearer feeling a little angrier as he watched Natalie stare at Yochi. What was so special about him anyways?
Neither of them seemed to notice Aroe swooping down on them in a fury of wind. If he got close enough, he could snatch the orbs up without even fighting.

 

the clone disapeared and the real darkeon apeared in its place. "i already have an orb anyway." he said as he disapeared.
