Demons and Heroes

Twilight smiled. "And so do I. I wouldn't trade my family for anything." She smiled up at him.

 

"Neither would I. I am truly blessed and will be happy for the rest of my life."

 

Twilight picked up her small bag. "Now it's your turn to ask the questions." She smiled at him cheerfully. "Anything you want."

 

"Tell me about your past and your family?"

 

Twilight thought. "Hm... well the man who raised me...I think his name was Cliffton."

 

"So you don't remember your birth parents? That is so sad."

 

"Well...I guess you can't really miss something you never had...or don't really know..." She shrugged.

ooc: I'm going in like...5 minutes.

 

"Well I will be whatever family you want me to be."

ooc: ok then, goodnight.

 

Twilight smiled genuinly. "I think I can live with that."

 

"'Family' is a very loose term anyway. I'm pretty sure we can all make our ideal family if we try. I like the idea of having a family of people that I love, trust and admire. So far that is only you."

 

Twilight laughed. "I'm sure you've met people better than myself, Gharanth."

 

"Not at all. I have met many people, most of them sadly not good. When one is evil one mixes with evil. I hope that I will be able to see a new life now and a new way of doing things."

 

"You already have, Gharanth." Twilight paused. She liked how his name felt against her lips. It made her feel warm and safe just speaking his name. 'Gharanth.'

 

"Well I have a wonderful teacher in you Twilight." He leaned down and kissed her on the lips. "No one will part us now."

 

She took his hand, flushing a little. "No one at all..."

 

"Sadly we must move on and face this place of the elemental warrior. The sooner it is over, the sooner I will be able to reveal something about myself and your life might change, hopefully for the better."

 

Twilight nodded gentally, wondering what Gharanth had planned. "Let's go then."

 

Gharanth smiled at her enigmatically. He was taking a great risk with their relationship he knew, but if risks weren't taken nothing could be gained. He would get this over with first.

 

Twilight smiled back at him, she wondered what was going on inside that head of his, what he was thinking. She'd just have to wait.

 

"You are curious aren't you? It seems that you won't guess what I have planned."
