Demons and Heroes

Dameon was tired out from the struggle. He managed to dodge Cole. Then he created a portal.
"Next time. Just me and you," he said then disappeared through the portal, closing it from behind him

 

He ran to Natalie and tried to revive her.

 

Dameon ended up at the river.

"Damn," he said then tried to heal his self in energy.



Natalie opened her eyes slowly looking at Cole

 

"You okay?" he asked.

 

She nodded slightly.
"Yeah. That really hurt," she said sitting up slowly

 

"He will pay for that." he said.

 

She rubbed the back of her head.
"Yeah. I'll kill him with you," she said.

 

"Thanks, I could use the help."

 

She smiled.
"Well I don't want you to have all the fun," she said. She looked at him and smiled.

 

He smiled back at her.

 

She kissed his cheek.
"We should be heading on," she said.

 

"You sure you're up to it?" he asked.

 

She nodded.
"Why wouldn't I be?" she asked

 

He helped her to her feet and said "Then lets go."

 

"you two mind telling me why your hanging outside my hangout?"

 

Natalie nodded.

She looked over at Jecht.
"We are just leaving, so don't get boxers in a bunch," she said.

 

He chuckled and took her hand. He lead her out of there.

 

She sighed.
"I wonder what his problem his," she said softly

 

"He's just grumpy because he has noone to love."

 

Natalie frowned.
"That must be devastating for him," she said
