Demons and Heroes

Natalie held Cole's hand and headed on with him.

 

He walked beside her and smiled.

 

She smiled also and stroked his hand, with hers.

 

"I love you." he said.

 

"I love you too," she said smiling.

 

He kissed her on the cheek and continued to walk with her.

 

She blushed and kissed his cheek also. She still held his hand.

 

He smiled and started to whistle

 

Natalie continued walking. She wondered what adventures awaited them.

 

He continued whistling and put his arm around her.

 

Natalie smiled and put her arm around him also. She kissed his cheek.

 

He kissed her on the lips.

 

Natalie kissed him back softly, and broke it of gently.

 

"How much further do we have to go?" he asked.

 

She handed him the map.
"I'm not very good with distance, but you might be able to tell," She said

 

He took the map and looked at it.

 

She continued walking. She looked over and saw the river. She pointed her hand over it to freeze it, so they would cross.

 

"We are halfway there." he said.

 

"Really? Wow, this is going great," she said. She slowly crossed the slippery ice river.

 

He gave the map back to her and helped her cross the bridge.
