Demons and Heroes

"Lets not talk of this anymore." he said.

 

She nodded and wiped away tears forming in her eyes.
"Yeah. I'm geting all teary now," she said.

 

"You can cry all you want." he said, "Just let it all out."

 

"I should cry, but i don't want to," she said letting a few stream down her cheeks.

 

"It's always best to let it out." he said, kissing her forehead.

 

She smiled then hugged him softly.
"I know its best, but there is really nothing for me to cry over. We are both safe and together. That is all that matters right now,' she said softly.

 

"I will stay with you always." he said. He hugged her back and kissed her.

 

She kissed him back softly. She loved him very much,. She continued to hug him.

 

He held the kiss a little longer. He loved her with all his heart.

 

She let go of the kiss... She smiled and looked into his eyes.
"Cole... can i ask you something?" she asked.

 

"You can ask me anything." he said.

 

"What did you do before we met? I do not think I ever asked," she said softly

 

"I just wandered around, living on my own."

 

"That sounds.... lonlyful," she said. She hugged him.

 

"I was very lonely, till I met you." he said.

 

She smiled.
"I'm glad I keep you company," she said. She remembered what she had done before she met him. She frowned, but still tried to keep her smile. She hugged him.

 

He noticed the frown and asked "Is there something you want to tell me?"

 

Her eyes got wide and she puto n a fake smile.
"No!" she said a bit jumpy.

 

"Are you sure? Maybe I can help you with whatever is bothering you."

 

"Unless you can travel through the forest and to a town about ten miles down a path outside the forest, you won't be able to help me," she said.
