She sighed
"Okay...but i wonder when i'll be able to get out," she said.

 

"Well, demons are fast healers, so I'd say by tommorrow." he said. "Just in time for the funeral."

 

She frowned when he said funeral.
"Oh," she said.

 

"We need to have one. He would have wanted us to." he said.

 

"Yeah I know. I just still feel bad," she said.

 

"It's not your fault" he said. "It was Cloudroth's"

 

cor was walking but suddenly sensed a familar presence
"bout time you showed up"

"hehe you really think you can get your powers back"

"yea so why not just give over .......you cant seem to use them anyway"

Jasmine smiled and looked at hi m in the eye.

 

He gave a small smile and looked her in the eye as well

She sighed.
"Yeah...you're right," she said.

 

He hugged her gently.

 

She smiled and kissed his cheek.
"Well, hopefully I'll get better soon," she said.

 

"I hope you will too." he said. He kissed her on the cheek back.

 

She lied back against the pillow in the bed and smiled.
"Well, time can just tell us," she said.

 

"And I'll wait by your side till you are well." he said.

 

"You don't have to do that... Doesn't your mom need you?" she asked.

 

"She has Roth. Besides, you need me more." he said. "Or do you not want me here?"

 

"It's fine. I just want you to spend more time with your mom right now. She really does need you and Roth right now," she said.
"Besides. I don't think she'll want you hanging out with the daughter of Cloudroth," she said, frowning.

 

"But I want to stay here with you." he said. "Besides, she doesn't know you're his daughter."
