"Nicole went out I think. She isn't in the castle at all. Probably at the mall."

 

"No..s*e is*'t.. I h*ve a bad f*el**ng.. Pl*as* try t* fi*d her. I'm wor*ie* ab*u* h*r." Natalie said as her cell phone started breaking up..

 

"Kyle, forget the quiet afternoon. Nicole is missing and we have to find her. Where shall we start?"

 

"This sounds like something Cloudroth would do." he said. "But first I think Xandor should know."

 

"I'll sense for Cloudroth and you tell Xander.I knew something was going to happen. Pity it had to be now, I was looking forward to a quiet afternoon with you."

 

"So was I." he said. He went to go tell Xandor.

 

Nicole thought of something...
"Ceri! can you hear me?" she asked trying to communticate to her through her thoughts..

 

The castle reacted to her thoughts and zapped her. "This castle prevents thoughts from entering and exiting."

 

Nicole let out a sigh...

"Hmph... A few more attemts of trying to use her thoughts and she'll be weak enough," Nicole said with a satisfied smile..

"Though I do wonder... Can we use her as a ransom.. Like bait?" she asked

 

"Xandor and the others are sure to come for her." he said.

 

"Do they know the way here?" she asked.

 

"They shouldn't. I've tried to keep this place a secret from them."

 

"Then how are they going to come for her if this place is a secret?" she asked..

 

"I'll show them the way." he said.

 

"So...we've got another plan ahead of ourselves. Would you like to proceed, or would you like to just deal with this in another location. That might be best if you wish to keep this castle a secret," she said.

 

"Yes, i would very much like that. We should choose a spot and bring her there."

 

"What about the forest? I'm sure they all know they're way through the forest and will know exactly where to go," she said thinking

 

"That sounds perfect!" he said, putting his arm around her. "Now we just need to figure out what they should give us for her. I'm thinking Ceri."

 

"That would be perfect.. But what if Ceri uses her mind to escape. That I have been wondering.. Is your castle immune to her psychic abilities?" she asked

 

"It should be, but it hasn't been tested yet."
