BIC: Natalie was in the forest, training with Nicole..teaching her to be stronger and how to control her powers...

 

Kyle was making breakfast for himself and Ceri.

 

"Can we quit now Natalie? I'm getting tired," she said panting heavily...

Natalie nodded and put up her blades...
"You did good today hun..." she said handing her a bottle of water...

Nicole took the bottle and took a drink of the water...
"Lets go back to the castle now.. we've been practicing since dawn this morning," She said giving the water bottle back to Natalie..

Natalie nodded and took Nicole back to the castle.. Natalie went straight up to her room.

Nicole stopped through the kitchen.. She saw Kyle...
"Hey Kyle," she said wlaking over to a cabinet pulling out a box of cereal

 

"Hi Nicole." he said. "How was training?"

 

"Ugh....exaughsting," she said...
"I feel so sore and so tired," she said as she poured the cereal into a bowl....

Natalie changed clothes and walked downstairs and into the kitchen..
"Hiya Kyle.. Need any help?" she asked curiously

 

"Hi Natalie!" he said. "It's okay, I'm fine. Do you want any pancakes?" he asked, flipping some as he spoke.
