Demon Arms

Nero pushed against the crowd pushing away people and bumping shoulders, as he advanced he started to notice that crow was coming out of the shadows into his true form "Crow," he said calmly, "....not yet" he looked up and saw another kid coming towards him

 

"You know he-"
"Hush!" Stopped Marcus, continuing through the crowd. "We're almost there."

ooc: gotta go to dinner.

 

ooc: okay

Nero was saring straight at the person, strangely enough he looked like there were wings behind him. "Is that him?" he asked, crow answered "yesss....."

 

ooc: You still here?

bic: Marcus caught the eye of the man staring at him. There was something distinct about him; something that separated him from the rest of the crowd, but it was hard to make out. He simply knew that the man he faced was the one. "Ready?" he whispered through the din to his shadow. "As always." Was the reply.

 

ooc: yea

nero stood still as his shadow rose out of the ground and covered his arms completely

 

For an instant, a flash of light shone on Marcus' right arm and a beam shone from his left wrist. When it faded away, he held a heavy sheild painted with a cross and a broadsword. His shadow was gone.

 

Nero stood faceing the enemy, no longer were people flooding the streets. it was entirely empty except for his enemies, crow, and himself

 

"Crow." Snarled a voice from both inside and out of Marcus, "The Order would like to meet you quite a bit. Gargoyles are meant for the Cathedral, you know. I assume Lucifer promised you eternal power and a lifetime away from the stone?"

Marcus simply glared at the human, preparing for the inevitable conflict.

 

"Eternal Power is just the beginning", Crow said chuckling, Nero took a figting stance, "so, why do you choose to fight?", he asked Marcus

 

"Only eternal suffering lies before you." Mikuhl's voice called out.
"Why? Because darkness and light must coexist. If the darkness rises to smother the light, then the light must rise to counter it. That is my job. I am a single soldier under God, meant to stop you."

 

"hmmph, light and darkness can do what they want....it doesn't concern me" Nero started walking slowly towards Marcus and then started to run
