According to some news there are a could of scenes in which Radcliffe gets nude. They say they are trying to figure out a way to present this but I think that it will be rated R anybody else?

They'll just cover up the bottom part of his body won't they? Don't need to show all his body. And there are two scenes where Harry appears naked, the silver doe Scene and the scene in Kings Cross though I'm sure he keeps his boxers on for the Silver Doe scene.

I'm pretty sure Warner Bros. wouldn't want the rating to be 15 or R. The Harry Potter fan base has lots of people from different age groups in. If the movie is rated R or 15 then they would be limiting a part of their fan base and the film will make less money.

But if it was rated R it may attract an older audience. Like maybe some people wouldn't want to watch them before because they thought it would be too "kiddy". I'm saying this is how I feel, just an option. Most likely I'd say it would be around PG-13.

Hmm, maybe. However I still think rating it R would be a bad idea.

It probably would be, I was just throwing something out there.

Ah amazing! First thing I have to say, is that I absolutely adored Hermione's jacket and glove combination at around 27 seconds. It was pretty much adorable. *being girly* I can't wait for this movie.

I just read the Silver Doe chapter the other day (I'm rereading it), and it clearly states that he still has underwear on. And I doubt they'd show anything "naughty" in the King's Cross scene.

Remember in the Goblet of Fire in the scene with the Prefects' bathroom? Wasn't rated R for that.

Anyway, I wouldn't doubt that it would be atleast 14A with all the people getting killed left and right, and all the potentially scary-ass scenes.

I don't see why it should be rated R. If you read the books, there's not really much mature content in it. To me at least. It might ruin it for me if it's rated R. Seriously, it'd be kinda stupid.

Wouldn't matter to me, I could still get in.

I don't think I would actually mind it if it was rated R. Less kids in the theatre lol

But, as mentioned, they would be severely limiting their fanbase. The book was more mature than its predecessors, but kids these days are more mature. As long as they don't show Harry's ****, then it's cool. I kind of expect them to make Harry wear a pure white robe at the King's Cross scene, instead. But again, they don't need to show his lower body.

    ^This xD

I doubt they'd rate it R, they've got such a huge fan-base with people in their younger teens.

I'm wishing that they'd make it PG-13, though, the fifth and especially the sixth film could've been so much more if they'd been gutsy enough to put the rating higher, and they've already pushing the limits of a PG-rating with the intensity and violence of the last two-three films.

And about the nude scenes, they're likely to do the same thing as in the 4th film, have him wear boxers or only film Daniel's torso. Although I've got a feeling that Dan wouldn't mind going completely nude if they asked him to xD

The fifth film was PG-13 wasn't it?

I'm not completely sure, but I doubt it. It was K11 here (11 up can get in, 9 yo can get in with a parent). And I can't see why the sixth one would've been PG, while the fifth got a higher rating, I found the former far more violent than the other ones.

Gloves? Err no, it is blood.

Anyway, i agree with those who said that the movie won't go any further than getting a PG13, which would work perfect for me.
