So I just found this movie in the library the other day, because I've been watching movies every night before I go to bed and leave for college, and I found this movie on the shelves. I didn't even know there was a Death Race 2. I'm watching this one tonight, or tomorrow night if I decide to watch Zombieland tonight, but have you guys heard of it? If you have, what do you think of it? I really liked the first, so this had better be just as good. Edit: since I only made this a few days ago I'm not bumping. But I just watched this last night, and man, what a letdown. I mean, when people make the sequal the prequal, it's not always the best, but this takes the cake. I mean, they probably could have done just fine with only having the first, but this does clear a few things up. It explains a few questions you might have, and shows how Death Race begins, but it was still a bit of a downer
I didn't even know that the remake had gotten a sequel that is really a prequel. However, we all know that the original, Death Race 2000, is the only film under the Death Race name to watch. The reason that film is so awesome is because it's so baaad and has such a low budget (seemingly). Also the fact that freaking Sylvester Stallone is playing the bad guy, you can't get more epic than that! The sequel of the bad remake? No thank you sir.
