Death Note: The Prolouge of L

Hiro glared at him. "Stupid kid!"

L looked at hiro. "Enough!!! Watari what is the case about?"

Watari pressed another remote and four screens came on showing halls and rooms of Alcatraz.

"Alcatraz is one of the most secure prison's in the world. However strange things have been going on."

he pressed another button and a dead man was on the screen. His organs were wrapped all around his body like some kind of rope. Alot of blood was on the floor.

"Prisoners have been dying strangely and discustingly. And many other prisoner's have reported that theyve seen a ghost carrying a chain with a knife on it."

Lucas gagged. Dang that was nasty...He waited until Watari was done with the breifing before running to the bathroom and promptly throwing up. He came back a few minutes later, the sound of a toilet flushing in the background, and sat down beside Hiro while holding his stomach. "So we have to look for this ghost or figure out what it is?"

 

Hiro laughed at lucas. "I gues your not fit forthis!!" He tok another sip of his pepsi. "If you think that is gross you should of been at the Shoden Mansion!!!". he laughed

Watari pressed another button.

This time it was a wall with writting on it. the writting said. "Death to the evil ones!!!"

"Apparently this ghost is killing criminals for some reason." L said taking another sip of his pepsi. "If im right, This ghost hate's criminal's and used to live on this Isle. This ghost proably died and Alcatraz was made here. He or she is punishing everyone for taking its home and turning it into a place full of evil people."

"And im guessin its finally doing what it wanted not only for justice but for itself." Hiro said. "We should go into Alcatraz and look for clues and talk to a few prisoners."

 

Lucas glared at Hiro but brushed it off. "Okay, simple enough," he said quietly, his voice slightly hoarse. "When are we heading over there?"

 

Watari pressed another button and the screen changed to the fancy L.

"We should start soon but first i think you, Lucas should get an alias."

"Thats right." L said as he took another sip. "You should use an Alias of some sort. We dont want your name going out and the media going after you."

"My alias is Xion." Hiro told him. He stood up and took a chip bag from the cobards. "Man Lucas you are gonna have SO much fun being a detective." Hiro told him before taking a chip and putting it in his mouth.

 

"Roy, my alias, is Roy," he replied and looked at the screen then back at L. "And thanks for thinking so Hiro."

 

"No prob!!" Said hiro as he bit another chip. "another thing. The only people we tell about are findings are the video game designers. Tell em L!!"

L sighed. "Hiro thought it would be cool to only tell the video game designers So they could make horror games such as Resident Evil and HOuse of the dead . . . I thought it was stupid but we do get 50 percent of the profit made. . .". L finished his pepsi. "Roy huh? Isnt that off of a game?"

Watari laughed

"Teenager's and there video games." he said

 

Lucas shrugged. "I like Roy from Fire Emblem and FMA, I like the name Roy and my uncles last name is Roy, so I use it," he explained quickly.

 

"Alright that makes sense . . ." Said L. He then got up."Ok we should rest for about 2 days and then we will leave. Hiro, Lucas. You can play Guitar Hero III if you want."

"Alright!!" Hiro said. He ran over to a huge droor and took out two 360 guitars. He set up the 360 and put guitar hero III in. He gave Lucas a guitar hero guitar and plugged both in." This is gonan be fun!!." Hiro said and smiled.

L looked at him. "do watever you want but remember. I AM THE GUITAR HERO KING!!!" he said as he grabbed cake from the fridge.

 

Lucas blinked at L in surprise. "Yes, sir," his voice squeaked. He wasn't expecting that..."I wanna play Monsters by Matchbook Romance!" he said when he noticed the system was on.

 

Hiro scrolled down the 8 tiers and bonus tracks. "Song's not here. . ." Hiro told him. "Lets play Through the fire and flames!!"

L laughed

"Lucas i hope you can do it." Through the fire and flames is the HARDEST song in the game."

 

"I know, I know, I've played it before..." he said and set his difficulty on Medium while getting ready to play. "You're on Hiro..."

 

Hiro also set his difficulty to medium. "Im not showin any mercy!!" he told him.

L sat down in his awkward position and watched. "This is going to be entertaining".

The song started. Hiro got the first part. The first part was always the hardest. He
did as good as he could he was usually gettin a 2-3x multiplier though. Then Lucas's part came on.

 

Lucas smirked. Though it was the hardest part, he could always get a 3x mulitplier by the end. He missed once and ended up with x2 and then Hiro's part came up again.

 

Hiro played good at the second part of the song. normally a 3-4x there but he missed a few notes. He played some star power notes getting his star power metre up a bit.

L watched in great interest. He continued eating his cake.

Hiro played well but missed one. It was then Lucas's turn.

 

Lucas got some star power notes but screwed up and lost them. He bit his lower lip and kept playing.

 

a couple of minutes later they were near the end of the song.

Hiro had used star powe 3 times and lucas used it 2 times.

Hiro continued playing but started screwing up. he lost a multiplier and more star power notes.

 

Lucas finished off the song perfectly. Just the music at the end was his favorite so he never missed any notes at the end. He smirked. "Take that Hiro."

 

Lucas had won the song.

Hiro looked at Lucas. "Not bad. . . Maybe you could take on L."

L laughed. "Take on ME?! im the god of this game!! I can play 99% of Through the fire and flames on expert!! On medium i can tottally own as good as i do on expert!!!"

Hiro glared at L. "Stop bragging!"

 

Lucas set down the guitar and walked back over to the couch while rubbing his now sore fingers. "You guys play, I'm done for the day." He sat on the couch and laid down on it, closing his eyes.
