Death Note: The next Genteration

Kasha closed her eyes and sighed. "Killing is wrong though..." She said, and opened her eyes. "On Who Though, It can't be someone we know, it has to be someoneun-important, like a criminal..."

 

"hmm, yeah. someone who needs to be punished".

 

Kasha didn't really agree with this but she really wanted to know if it worked. "What if we see if there is any crimnals on TV?" She asked.

 

"sure, we'll go to my house. my mom isn't home."

 

"Ok, lets go then." She Said to Yaven, still half-hearted about this, she put her hands in her pockets, and tried not to show it, even though her arms were shaking, and her body felt like rubber.

 

"hey, you okay."
he looked at her seeing she's scared.

 

"Yeah, just felt a breeze." She said straight to his face, though she had just lied. "Lets get going I wanna try this out."

 

"okay"
he opened his front door.
"good, mom's not home"
he turns on the tv to the news.

 

"Ok, we'll only do this once though," Kasha said, and opened the notebook. "And see what happens."

 

"okay."
there was a report of a criminal holding a grocery store hostage.
"let's try that one"

 

"Yeah," Kasha said, and started to write down the name of the man, but stopped half-way through, "What if-?" She started and shook her head, and wrote down the rest of his name, hoping to god it wouldn't work.

 

"come on it's a joke"
40 seconds passed
"see, nothing happened.''

 

She closed her eyes and sighed, "Thank-" She stopped and looked up at the TV the announcer was saying the man had suddenly dropped and is dead. Her body was shaking, and Kasha looked at Yaven.

 

"n-n-n0 way. it's coincidence"
he looked at her
"right?"

 

"There's a five out of thousand percent that was a coincidence." She said, and looked at her hands, she was hsaking with fear, and she felt insecure all of the sudden.

 

"you okay??"

 

"I killed him..." She said to Yaven, and looked up at him. "I killed a living human."

 

"i think you should sit down."
offers her a chair.
"i can't believe this thing actually works.

 

Kasha sat down she nodded, "But who made such a sick book?" She said looking at the notebook.

 

"hmmm"
he reads the book.
"look at this. 'the human who touches the death note can recognize the figure and voice of the original owner. ie god of death.'"
