Death Note ~ Rules

The saddest scene in the anime was when Light was running from his group, and he was running by the fence during twilight, and he has flashbacks of when he first found the notebook and you realize that it is the same place where he started. Truly amazing.

Also, I liked that he saw L when he died. It symbolized that even though L died, he had won in the end. Such an amazing anime, one day I will watch it all again.

 

That was so awesome how L was avenged.

I was wondering, in the credits, was that girl Misa?

 

The sadest part for me, was when L was standing in the rain in episode 25...I cried...it was so sad...I knew he was going to die...hell, that whole episode was the sadest, and my favorite....L....

 

Yes, it was Misa climbing to the top of the company building and jumping off. They never actually showed her jump, but that's what it symbolized, her traveling *on the train* to her death just as Light traveled *running past the fence* to his. I really felt the series had been amazing after the finale episode, it was just brilliantly done, I'm so sad that this is over. I'm hoping the English dubs event hough they suck will be on Adult Swim so I can relive the series.

Okay...I can now form an opinion on Near...I like him. Not as much as L, but he's cool.

 

I hated N because of this scene:

Light: You see, I am the God of this new world!

Near: No. You are nothing but a murderer, and this book is nothing but the deadliest weapon known to mankind.

It was so powerful when Near said that. I just hated him, as I was rooting for Light the whole way even though I knew he was going to die. Plus, Near is just creepy, but L was enigmatic and awesome.

 

Near is my second favorite character next to L himself.

What I find funny is that in the movie, it was L who said "You're just a murderer, and this book is the deadliest weapon on Earth."

However, what I hated about Near is that he made L look like nothing how he solved the Kira case so easily.

 

Well...everyone has their own opinions, I guess...^^;

 

I haven't seen the films yet, but I'm planning on importing them from play-asia.

 

Let me tell you this Roxas.

The film is almost NOTHING like the anime. Only few elements are the same.

 

I've seen up to where Light first meets Ryuk. I only started watching it because Tatsuya Fujiwara's in it from Battle Royale. Now I'm considering watching it whole.

I've watched Battle Royale, but I got creeped out during the first half.

 

Does anyone like Mello? I don't like him that much...he confused me so...

 

He's just an evil chocolate addict. He's like a shady hero.

Yeah. And on Wiki it said Misa comitted suicide. Maybe she jumped off the building.

??? She commited suicide? I thought she...like..lived alone or something....

 

I was confused too. But Wiki said Misa comitted suicide.

 

It COULD be wrong...I don't know. I have to watch the last episode again, I guess...

 

And it doesn't make sense since in the manga they said Misa was fine and it never showed Misa killing herself. And that was before the last episode of the anime where they said pretty much nothing about Misa.
