Well, there's a time-skip. I guess that's when the first season ends. o.o

But the opening changes before then... hmm.

Well there isn't really an end of season. Though the opening and ending change at episode 20 (Maximum the Hormone FTW)

Though I guess you can say episode 26 is the start of a new arc.

Alright, I just got to episode 20 (started wtaching it like 10 seconds ago) and the opening song is awful. AWFUL!!!

 

I love the song. Yeah it was strange when i first saw it. But it grew on me. And the band that played it is currently my favourite band. There is nothing like them. Death Metal FTW. =D

 

Where do you watch your Death Note? Because I'm currently using www.veoh.com. I love the quality, and the fact that it's all in one part.

Death Note 23 was epic! I'm very excited to see how events play out in 24.
