If this is right so far, I have an accusation after Fearless is investigated and depending on the hint we get.

 

My apologies. I was unable to post earlier due to computer troubles. Anyway, Kira made the deadline, so no hint. (Or as it is in this game, Death Eraser. I wonder what it does if there's no one dead. :/)

After Catch the Rain successfully accused Revelry, the detectives became significantly slacker. After all, the next Kira wasn't doing anything. Indeed, he might not even exist, CtR thought as she leaned back in her chair, listening to the stagnant rain and hail. Then suddenly, as if chastising the Detectives for their inactivity, there was a loud cracking noise. Everyone stood up and looked around. Noticeably, there was a large hole the size of two fists in the roof where hail was pouring through, but there was an equally large hole in the middle of CtR's head. Brains, bone and cartilage was sprayed all across the main screen. Spaztic made his way forward, but heard a crunching noise and felt something give way from beneath his feet. Looking down, he saw nothing except a pile of water. Other Detectives also heard crunching sounds as they walked, but when they looked down, they realised it was just fragments of CtR's skull which they were stepping on.

The autopsy found no projectile. The security cameras caught something flying down through the roof and through CtR's head at 5:30am March 30th GMT 0, but they were unable to identify the object.

Accusations:

Fearless was taken in the dead of night by two policemen. As soon as they reached her, they injected her with liquid knock-out gas, but due to the last case they handled being that of a drug ring, accidentally injected her with a syringe full of evindence-heroin instead. She woke up in a police cell, but only realised something was different from the usual when she tried to leave and noticed the bars were a foot apart, as opposed to six inches. Once she awoke, she was taken to an interrogation chamber, where two interrogators attempted to get the truth out of her by the good cop/bad cop routine. It was a complete failure, as they spent the entire time trying to convince her that it wasn't a play put on for her amusement, while she tried to suppress her laughter at the shape of their heads. Eventually her 'house' was searched, but nothing was found except several cookies made of cardboard, a dishwasher made of dishes and a sandwich made of sand.

wow, i'm honestly suprised i'm not dead. well, that can mean two things.

1. i was left alive for amusement. if that is the case, then it is an oldy who knows how to handle things.

2. the other kira is someone who is sort of a friend of mine.

and on those grounds, i accuse ArchVice.

 

I accuse SpazticFantaztic.

 

I have come to inform you all that I will put myself into solitary confinement with no way of killing anyone for the next few days so it can't have been me as the murders will continue of the next weeks. If they do continue you will be able to see that in fact I am not Kira at all.

 

Ever heard of a Mikami? Or even a prearranged list of deaths for each day? I hear Kira can do that so either way your still a suspect and at this point in time someone will try and accuse you for this post. Though, I believe your trying to lure us into a trap. Basically, your either Kira, Mikami or you'll be given the Death Note if you can disrupt the direction of judgement.

Who said anything about me making it through the three deaths? I might be any of the victims, just because I'm Kira now doesnt mean I will be Kira in one death's time. Or two, or three, or I may be kira the whole time. You won't be ab;e to find out unless you wait. And as Carl Sagan once said:

Or I deliberately left out the second theory you proposed so then people began to think I was not Kira. You are so predictable and they say that those who are TRULY insane are not predictable whatsoever.

There are four outcomes over the next three deaths:
NOT KIRA
I am not Kira I am killed.
I am not Kira I survive
KIRA
I am Kira now but pass my death note on and are killed by the new Kira once it is passed on.
I am Kira and stay Kira by surviving.

Until you make sense by creating a counter-argument that can stand up by itself I have no idea what you are talking about.

 

Archvice was assigned to arrest Spaztic Fantaztic, and Spaztic was given orders to arrest Archvice, but neither knew of the other's orders. As such, Archvice felt particularly lucky when Spaztic came to his house in a police car, thinking that he had heard about his arrest, and was surrendering. Likewise, Spaztic was surprised when Archvice came out of his house waving, and willingly got in the car, but had no objections.

When they reached the interrogation HQ, there was a bit of a problem, as they discovered that they were assigned to interrogate each other. They decided to settle it with a game of chess, with the loser confessing to be Kira. The game lasted long through the night, but finally at 11:20pm March 30th, Spaztic turned a peculiar purple colour, and collapsed onto the board. When Archvice dutifully checked his pulse, he found it had stopped. Archvice considered continuing the game, but decided against it because Spaztic's head had fallen rather hard onto the chessboard, and a bishop had penetrated his eyeball, covering the board in a mix of blood and peculiar fluid from the eye.

She's already been proved innocent

 

Fearless was working overnight in the HQ with Fangz. Suddenly Fangz noticed a pattern. She couldn't prove anything, but she knew this was her only chance. Faking a yawn, she told Fearless she was retiring home for the night. As soon as she was outside, she called the police force. "I can't give any degree of certainty to what I'm saying, but hear me out. I have a strong hunch that Fearless is Kira, but if you want to get her, you need to come now!"

On Fangz' order, the police force mobilized and surrounded the HQ. Fangz entered with a group of officers behind her lined up with riot shields, ready to act. Finally, they saw Fearless, sitting in her swivel chair, facing them. Fangz took the initiative. "The game's up Fearless. We know. You're Kira, and you've been alternating with a Mikami. Now you've got the Death Note in your possession again!"

Fearless looked almost surprised, then her eyes narrowed, and she smiled sardonically. "Very good, but your timing is off. You see, I've already passed my note back to Mikami before I came here, and without the note, you can prove nothing! A mysterious book that can kill people, but you don't happen to have any evidence of it? You'll be laughed out of court! You stand no chance! Sure, you can arrest me, but how long will that last? A few hours? My house has already been stripped and examined. Without proof you can do nothing, and you have absolutely none."

After saying that, Fearless burst into a fit of insane laughter, which no one knew how to handle. Then she suddenly swung around to face the computer and said with cold venom, "It's been fun guys, but I'm busy trying to catch Kira. If you don't have any evidence to show me, get out."

Reluctantly, Fangz and the police retreated. Fearless had a point. Without catching her with the note, they could do nothing. Suddenly Fangz had an idea. She may not have any evidence of Fearless owning the book, but she could prove its existance! She dashed to the evidence vault to find Revelry's Death Note, but when she got there, she found a run-of-the-mill notebook with a pure white card in it in place of the Death Note, on it inscribed in an otherworldly font "I'll be taking this back"

With no evidence, she was forced to declare Fearless INNOCENT
