I accuse Light Yagami, for she is too much of a risk to go unchecked. Last time she killed off an enormous number of us. She is quite capable of being Kira.
What's more, Shades used a technique of making lists to disguise his true identity, just like Pyro is doing.
My final reason is that her name is Light Yagami. In the anime, he was reknowned for having the Death Note. Perhaps the sudden name change reflects her being chosen, or perhaps it was just a sick joke by the Shinigami.

I wish to have Light Yagami incarcerated on suspicion of owning the Death Note.

Anyway, P_P this would've been a good acusation later on in the game (if you were still alive) but making it so soon isn't such a great idea. Plus, wasn't she already Kira?

 

It's a good choice to test it since anyone could be Kira, and even when I've been Kira before, there's noting stopping me from being Kira again. :3
