Death Note: Another Story

Rhixan opened her eyes properly and looked at Light. Going bright red, she covered her mouth. "N-Nothing! I said nothing about Jeanne du Arc!"

 

"Yes, you did." Light kept holding her.

 

Rhixan shook her head then sighed. "M-Me and my big mouth...."

 

"I'll pretend I never heard anything." Light smiled.

 

Rhixan smiled slightly back. "You hate criminals..." She sat up, frowning.

 

"But not when that criminal is someone I care about." Light smiled.

 

Rhixan blinked. "You know I'm Jeanne du Arc?" She smiled slightly. "I use my own abilities and her power. But sometimes, she sucks on mine..."

 

Light nodded. "Very interesting..."

 

Rhixan hugged her legs. "I was born with her." She touched the cross on around her neck. "Its Jeanne du Arc's."

 

Light put his arm around her and pat her on the back.

 

Rhixan smiled at him slightly. "And yes, I was pretty pissed off when you said you hated criminals."

 

Light chuckled. "I don't hate ALL criminals."

 

Rhixan smiled. "Good. But, don't you at least think what i'm doing is wrong?"

 

Light sighed. "I can't say it's right. So yes. I believe it's wrong."

"Thing is, I can't stop!" Rhixan started to laugh. "And I only did it at first to support my family. They died so my efforts were wasted."

 

Neal came in through the window. He fell on his face.

Light sighed. "Neal..."

 

Rhixan looked at the new person, frowning.

 

Neal stood up. "Hey Light!" He smiled.

Light sighed. "Rhixan, this is my friend Neal."

 

Seto panted heavily. He had just out ran a bunch of police men. He had no where to run or hide, only the outside world was his shelter. Seto couldn't believe what he had done. He had killed someone just to save himself. He had never done this before. He walked over to one of the random people sitting on the streets and sat next to them. He took off his backpack and pulled out a sandwich. He then broke it in two. "Do you want this?" Seto asked. The man seemed a bit wary at first but then nodded offering his thanks to Seto.

 

Rhixan looked at Neal and stood up. "And he tracked you to my house... why?"
