I've been around on the site for at least 7 years now. I was friends with Misty, Repliku, Neku (just neku, not neku sakuraba), and some other people I can't remember. I got to premium rather fast, and kept going until I had nearly 3000 posts. I eventually quit because the site bored me and I was also being flamed pretty constantly for stupid things I did as a teenager. Essentially, I was a dumb 13 year old who made friends with people. I'd also like to point out Misty was like 11 when she joined the site, so yeah.
I don't know why, but I must ask you, Hero of Twilight, this very important question: Are you the Hero of Twilight because you rescued the world while it was twilight outside? Or is your world always at twilight? And if so....how the hell do you get to sleep with the sun always shining through your window?
...OH THAT'S THE DUDE WHOSE SITE I JOINED BEFORE THIS ONE BECAUSE I FOUND THE LINK IN HIS SIG WHILE I WAS LURKING
Oh hey are we playing that game where we say we've been friends with other oldies on this site? I'd play but nah.
If the sun is below the horizon it won't be shining in your eyes. There'll still be light, but that fails in comparison to that of direct sunlight. I find it quite easy, actually, to sleep during twilight. I just felt like that needed to be said ... sorry.
Really? Because no matter what, light is light, and if your window is pointed in the right direction, that still means you're getting light in your room, and for me, that would make it impossible to sleep. No one said it had to be direct sunlight. I just said "sun shining through your window"; nothing said about being "direct sun shining through your window"
Well, like I said, it wouldn't be the sun. It's light from the sun reflecting off the atmosphere. If it was impossible for you to sleep in this condition you'd never sleep as the moon does the same exact thing, refracting light from the sun. Just saying.
Not really, because even now when the sun isn't fully up there's still sunlight coming against my window, since as you said, it's reflecting off the atmosphere. And it's true, I don't sleep well when the moon is out, especially with a full moon. I hate sleeping with any kind of light coming into my room at all. That's why I always keep my blinds down, no matter what time it is.
