Dealing with Stress?

    Too much stress isn't good for the body. Easier for you to get sick since it weakens the immune system.

    Dude,your not alone. I do the same thing too. Usually I get so stressed out, I cry. And then, it's back to letting it build. I don't know...I'm never REALLY happy anymore..I haven't been for 1 1/2 years...

    you know, stress is a good source of creativity. i come up with some interesting stuff when im stressed, drawing wise.

    I find when I'm stressed, I go cool off for awhile. Take a break, get a drink, have something to eat...maybe listen to some music.

    Just do what you like to normally do. Simple as that.

    Aaah, stress...my forever loyal best friend -_-

    I normally sleep it away. In extreme cases I cry. But like others have mentioned, yeah, it really depends on the person.

    I'm another person where I tend to let stress build up. It's not intentional and I know it's not good because I've gotten to the point where I felt that I would get sick if I was given much more to handle. But when I get the chance to do something about stress, I listen to music, find someplace where I can just feel the wind, write in my journal, cry, or spend time with God. Failing those, I hit my head on walls.

    I sleep.:D :D And sometimes I do cry. I once got so stressed I beat up people at school, when I was 9. It was bacause my dad was away, and my mum was scared all the time. Then she told me that he had a deadly car crash, and he was in hospital...I was so scared.

    i, personally get depressed. the stress tends to build up during the day then i get relly down in the evening. i find that talking to my friends over msn usually helps (tho i think they worry about me now:( ). im usually ok by the next morning as i sleep it off. sometimes i cry when im trying to get to sleep (helps tire me out too).
    i could use any tips cos my GCSEs start on wed and last for two months, and im kinda get a pressured by the revision
