Dead Blank #1: The Clear Sheet

It's a series of RPs I'm gonna make! First one is The Clear Sheet. It's about the two nations having their third war. It's all started with a sheet of paper that was a peace treaty. The two warring nations, The Rain nation and Cloud nation have eternally hated each other, thinking the other is wrong on everything. The Rain have focused on magical fighting throughout their existence, enchanting any weapons or armor they have. The Cloud nation hates magic and thinks it's cheating. They have always used pure fighting to win, earning them expertise in every style from swords and bows to hand-to-hand. The first war was handed to the Cloud, but the second war was won by Rain. Now they are both preparing for the third.

- No power-playing. (EX: Dude grabbed Guy and stabbed his sword through him, absorbing his energy.) (Good: Dude reached to grab Guy, hoping to stab him.
-NO GOD-MODDING! (EX: Guy dissapeared and appeared and then kept doing it until Dude ran out of energy.)
