ALICE looked at his energy meter. "How do you get energy?" She looked at her own. It was on the brink of shut down, like always.

 

"By an eletrical current. The normal way of getting energy." Haido said. He would actually have to go back to Mio's or some other place with charging areas and plug himself up to a few things through a part in his ears.

 

"... I have to steal from others. I have no place to recharge." ALICE said. Normally, she would be driven away because of her appearance, thought to be human that stole robot ears.

 

"Need a place to recharge? You can come with me or if you're in need of energy now, I'll give you some." Haido said. He was able to send eletricaly currents through and to others afterall.

 

ALICE looked and him and nodded. "Thank you."

 

"So you want both or just one of the choices?" Haido asked as he began to walk, in the same direction as Mio went before.

 

ALICE shook her head. "I'll come with you." She walked after him. Having a bond with ohter robots would help her if she as attacked as well as him if Mio was attacked.

 

"Alright, but it's a good distance away." Haido said, it was about a 10 to 15 minute walk.

 

"I can suvive that long." ALICE said. In her head, she was considering turning her emotions back on. It would suddenly bring her guilt and pain from killing Alice and her family but after all that, emotions would be nice.

 

"So how much longer are you going to keep your emotions off?" Haido asked as he walked, seeing as he had nothing better to say or ask.

 

ALICE stayed silent. After awhile, she replied. "I have no information of that. I was built to be just like a human, leading me to have full and proper emotions, slightly toned down."

 

Haido nodded. The mansion was now in view. '...Mio isn't back. She must of took a long way back.' he thought.

 

ALICE looked up at the mansion. It was built in the same style as Alice's old one. "They must be a popular style now." She said, not really caring. "Wheres Mio?"

 

Haido shrugged as he walked up the path. "If anything that happens to cause he heart to become faster, I'll be notified." he said. Mio didn't know, but her parents had put a device in her that would notify him for her protection.

 

ALICE nodded. "I'll come along too if need be." She looked around, everything seemed like her old home.

BiC: "...Thanks." Haido said before putting a code in to unlock the door, and walked in. "If you follow me, I'll lead you to the charching room." he continued as he walked down the hall.

 

ALICE followed behind him. She calcualted the chances of how much it would hurt turning on emotions. "Emotions=zero. Turn on? .... no..."

 

Haido led her into a room with two sets of charging cords which were both plugged up into one, rather large computer. He had heard ALICE, but had nothing to respond with.

 

ALICE looked at them both. Moving her hair out the way, she revealed her input sockets. "What should I do? Its been awhile and I haven't seen any like these."

 

"I'll plug you up. Just sit on one of the chairs in the room." Haido said as he went to the computer and got a set of cords. "Once you're plugged up, you'll automatically start charging. It won't take long, and if you want updates just go to the computer and find them." he continued.
