"200 is a lot?" Sora he asked. "Well my parents give me 500 munny allowance a week and I always end up wasting it on games or candy" he said pouting.

"Sora, what the hell, are you dealing drugs?" Kairi said, tapping him on the head and taking the munny. "I best keep this indeed, who knows where it might go." Kairi said laughing.

 

Figures. He's a spoiled brat. Riku smiles to himself. "Well, I hope its enough to settle that stomach of yours," he says, nudging Sora.

 

"Nnnnnnn...get off..."Sora stood up dusting himself. "Do I still get candy?" he asked.

 

"We'll see." Kairi said smiling. "I'll pick you something up while we're out, what do you want?" Kairi said smiling. "You know you're gonna be the one staying here getting the bondfire going, right?" Kairi snickers to herself at the thought of Sora working.

 

"I-I-I-I have to stay here..........?" Sora asked studdering. And grabbed on to Kairi's hand. "No! I dun wanna.....!" he said pouting.

 

"You're such a baby, Sora." Riku smiles. "You'll be ok. Just don't set yourself on fire or anyting, got it?"

 

"It'll do you some good to work a bit, you lazy bum." Kairi said still smiling. "Plus, Riku can get us back to the mainland faster, and he won't slow me down while we're shopping to look at all the candy. You and Ashley can get it done in no time. Besides, if me and Riku go fast enough, I'll be able to get your candy back here before your even done. How's that sound?"

 

"Im not so stupid to catch myself on fire........" Sora thought to himself glaring at Riku, then turned to Kairi and let go of her hand, "Alright I'll stay...... but make sure you get me M&M's" he said laughing.

 

"Alright, I'll get you one of the big bags." Kairi said standing up. "Welp, Ashley, you got any money to contribute? You know what, you can just give me some when we get back, cause if we don't get out of here now, we're not gonna get that bonfire done before it gets dark. Come on Riku, let's head out and let them get the fire going." Kairi said, turning to Riku. "We got a lot of shopping to do and a little bit of time to do it in."

 

"Right." I think Sora's sick of me being around anyway. "The boat's all ready." Riku walks over to it, hops in, and extends his hand to help Kairi.

 

Kairi gives her hand to Riku, and hops into the boat alongside him. "Ashley, make sure that you keep Sora working. He has a tendency to just fall asleep on the beach if you don't keep an eye on him." Kairi said giggling and waving as they set off.

 

Sora went to sit back down next to the fire, "Stupid Riku.... I think he just jinxed me...." he thought to himself worried as he sat further away from the fire.

 

Riku rows toward the other shore. Wonder whether or not Sora's already burned himself. "So, which store we going to, Kairi?" he asks.

 

"I dunno, any is fine." Kairi said as her and Riku headed off the island and towards the shore. "Any clue where we can get good seafood, Riku?" Kairi said, looking out at the setting sun.

 

"How about Cid's? The seafood's pretty good there." Riku starts zoning out, enjoying himself.

"Sounds good to me, I haven't been seafood shopping in ages. Last time I went was like last summer with my mom." Kairi said chuckling. "I think that's why I'm happy we're doing seafood. Something different, to finish it all off...I really hope this summer goes well...I want to have a lot of great memories of everyone to take with me to college, since none of us are going to the same place, ya know?"

I know exactly what you mean, Kairi... "I know exactly what you mean. We already have some great memories, but we should make AWESOME memories this summer. Its even better now that we have more friends to be with. Honestly, I'm going to hate going to college. It won't feel right." Nothing would feel right if it meant leaving the others.

 

"Exactly!" Kairi said smiling. "I mean, we've all been together for so long, since I arrived here I was friends with you guys. And you and Sora were even together before then. I mean, it'll be like leaving a part of myself behind. That's why I want to make sure this summer is amazing. I want to do so much, and try so many things. I want to push the limits, and get away with it. I want tp experience every last bit of this island, so that when we go away, I'll know...that I didn't leave anything behind, that I gave everything I had for our friendships. I just want...to be happy..." Kairi said, smiling as she continued to stare out at the sunset.

 

Ienzo doesn't hear the small knocks on his door. Right now, he is too interested in his book. He was reading some really long book. While Ienzo is reading, he decided to get up and stretch a little. He yawns a bit, then plops back down.
