"Yes Uzuki, come out and die. If you hide I will slaughter you like the coward you are. There will be no mercy."

 

"Come out and face your death with dignity and we might make it quick."

Uzuki came out with his hands up and a smirk on his face.

"Oh dear, it seems I have nowhere to run now. Before you kill me, let me introduce you to a couple of friends of mine."

He clapped his hands and two figures came out of the darkness. Koza recognized one of them immediately. It was Takahiro.

"Demon! To what lengths are you willing to go to get your way?!"

"I'm sorry that I didn't mention that I was a practitioner of necromancy."

ooc: The other figure is Yuki, Kaia's sister.

 

"Yuki!" Kyo shouted as she recognized the other figure to be her brother. "Yuki! Please let go of the demon's grip!"

 

ooc: I'll let you control Yuki, Aerith. I'll have my hands full with Uzuki.

bic: "I'll send you to hell, Uzuki!"

"Just try it, if you can."

Koza ran foward and attacked Uzuki.

 

Yuki screamed and attacked Kyo. Kyo blocked the attack. "Uuzki! What happened to my brother?!"

 

"No!" Maiko hesitated. Takahiro was the one person she couldn't hurt. "It's not him, he's dead." She rushed in slashing at Takahiro. "Get Uzuki now Koza, when he dies the spell on these die with him and they can have peace."

 

Uzuki parried one of Koza's attacks and began cutting him.

"What's wrong, Koza? I thought you were better than that."

Koza punched Uzuki in the gut and continued his assult. None of his attacks seemed to connect with him. In a desparate move, Koza pulled a kunai from his robe and threw it at Uzuki. It connected with his throat.

"Don't think...you've won. The Hogyokou will come for you...." With that, he collapsed on the floor, taking his last breaths. His hold on Yuki was broken and Takahiro's body collapsed.

 

Yuki gasped and fell, Kyo caught him. She smiled. "Yuki........."

 

Maiko grabbed Takahiro's body as it fell. "He's gone and we have to get these two to safety and out of his grasp." She looked at Koza. "What are the Hogyokou?"

 

"I don't know, but I have a feeling that we're involved in something bigger than we can imagine..."

 

Kyo nodded, and hugged Yuki. He opened his eyes.

"Kyo..... Neka......" He hugged Kyo.

"Yeah, it's us," Kyo smiled.

 

*Outside the window of the chamber*

A mysterious man looked into the chamber

Koza, Maiko, Kaia, Neko and Yuki....The master isn't going to like hearing that Uzuki was killed by these fools....

He silently walks off.

*Back inside*

"In any case, we should get out of here."

 

"Aw, we're a family again!" Neka shouted.

Kyo put Yuki on her back and turned to Neka. "Yeah....."

 

Maiko struggled with Takhiro's body. No one wanted to help her and the anger began to rise. She would manage on her own and from this moment on she had no family or friends.

 

Koza walked over to Maiko.

"Let me help you."

 

"I can manage thank you. I am alone now so I will have to manage."

 

Kyo looked at Maiko, and sighed.

 

Koza looked dejected and quickly left the room.

 

Kyo followed Koza, and grabbed his shoulder. "Koza!"

 

Maiko struggled but managed to take Takahiro's body to a house where she knew it would be safe. She collapsed after when she was alone again and began to cry. She knew that there would never be another chance for a love like Takahiro. She walked to the Inn and locked the door, throwing herself on the bed.
