ooc: Maiko has already gone out, so it's just Akira.

Maiko enjoyed sightseeing with Takahiro, who was very considerate. She was shown the fortress-like homes of the Ministers She noted every detail of Minister Uzuki's home. She would describe them to Akira when she got back. Far too soon the time had come for Takahiro to leave her back at the inn. They agreed to meet again and Maiko ran back to her room, throwing herself on the bed.

 

"You'd better go take Neka to the inn, Kyo. I've already got a room reserved for you. I'll see you later." Akira said before entering a resturant. He quickly ate lunch and went back to the inn.

 

Maiko dozed as she thought about the morning and what a wonderful time she had had. There was something special happening. She couldn't wait to tell Akira.

 

Kyo watched Neka resting on her bed. She sighed, Neka always got a fever at these types of things. She was resting to lower the fever.

 

Akira sat on his bed as he sharpened his katana.

Not much longer now. Soon my family will be avenged, and I can rid myself of this sword...

 

'Should I tell Akira I love him?' Kyo sighed, and kept thinking about Akira.

 

Maiko wandered downstairs to get food. She wished that she had a sister to talk to about Takahiro. Sitting with a bowl of stew she watched the other patrons as they went about their lives around her.

 

Kyo smelled some stew. 'I'm feeling a bit hungry....'

 

Akira walked downstairs to get something to drink.

 

Maiko played with the last of the stew in her bowl. She was full and there was only a small amount left. Pushing the bowl from her she sat quietly, drinking tea and watch the rest of the room. She heard a lot of conversations that revolved around Koza.

 

Kyo walked downstairs and sat to eat something.

 

Akira sat at the bar as he drank some tea.

Sounds like my reputation precedes me here.... He thought as he listened to the conversations.

 

Maiko realised with relief that no one had associated Akira with Koza. She heard of the evil that this man was supposedly capable of. How much was fact and how much was exaggeration? Maiko wanted to know the truth.

 

Kyo ate, thinking about her life as a bounty hunter. 'How will we get this man?' she thought.

 

Akira sighed, deep in thought.

Will I ever be able to give up the sword?

 

Maiko walked to the door. She needed to get out of the room with all the stories. She needed to clear her head.

 

Kyo noticed Akira, and started to blush. She looked away before he could notice.

 

Akira turned and noticed Kyo looking away from him.

"Something wrong?"

 

Neka walked downstairs, rubbing her eyes. She noticed Kyo blushing and looking away from Akira. Smiling, she sneaked up behind Kyo and pushed her toward Akira, getting her to kiss him. She ran out before they stopped.

Kyo pulled out and blushed a deep red, she turned and noticed Neka run out. She ran after her demon sister.
